A prior reservation with your competitor Budget failed us and at the last minute on moving day U-Haul was fabulous to deal with, the truck was great and the pricing was very efficient. We would definitely use U-Haul again and highly recommend it.

The vehicle we were given did not have bli dspot mirrors on it and we didn't notice it until we had it packed and were ready to leave. Not having those mirrors on the truck caused us to have 2 close call events while driving. We recommend fixing the issue and installing them a.s.a.p!

i was not happy when i got there and told them my name the customer service tells me that my reservation was not under my name so he took care of that and fixed it. when i go outside i asked the guy outside is this my truck he said yea its all set so i get my house to load my things i dolly that i rented was not in there so i called and i asked if they can bring it to me due to their error they said no. i was by no way happy they never offered to refund me for my inconvenience of having to go back or nothing i work in customer service and i would of tried to make it right

I had made the reservation with the hold on my CC and was told that if someone else was to pick up truck, payment would be done with the CC on hold. The person I had pick up truck, had to use his own CC because he was told there was no CC on the reservation. I called on Sunday afternoon and talked to the rep who actually did the transaction and told him that I wanted his CC credited and gave him my CC number again and was told it would be taken care of. When I got the receipt on Monday morning, his CC was billed, not mine! Please advise.

There is really nothing you can do to improve my experience with this store. Brandon, a youngman in the yard was outstanding. Was greeted when I got out of my vehicle. Asked me questions, and answered him. He let me know the selection that was what i was looking for. Guided me to the service desk, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Brandon had the vehicle ready for me,and off I was. Back in less than 3 hours, and again Brandon was there got me checked out, and informed my card would be refunded the deposit in 3 days. I was so impressed with the customer service that was presented. I have rented two trucks over the last two weeks. The first truck was in really good condition and provided an excellent experience. The second drove poorly, rattled and the suspension provided a washboard effect when encountering normal pavement conditions. It also smelt of smoke from previous use. The customer service was exceptional both times.

My interaction with the front desk was fabulous. A really friendly man and fast, accurate and detailed. When I returned the Van, I did not even have to go inside, the attendant in the lot used his CELL to calculate the amount due and or the amount to be credited. Very smooth operation. Great and friendly people. Who could ask for anything more?!!! Thank you!

This was the worst experience I have had in a long time as it relates to customer service. The staff at the pick up location forgot to include a dolly I desperately needed to move. And then when I notified the customer service representative you phone, she was rude and inconsiderate in regards to the mistake. When I dropped the truck off with an overfilled gas tank, the sales rep at the drop off location, was not sympathetic to my difficulties of not having the dolly, he was also quite rude staying there is "nothing to do for me". To be quite honest, I will never use Uhaul again because of this terrible experience. I guess customer service is not a priority

If someone says they are taking the UHaul to NY, if it is possible, inform them to make sure their driving route does not include parkways, which do not allow vehicles over 8'. We had no idea. Other than that, everything was great!

Actually have the truck available that was reserved!!! I reserved 3 trucks the last week of July to move my family. The first 2 pickups went fine. When I went to pick up the third truck on Wed evening there was not one available. The u-haul employee could NOT have been LESS helpful. Getting visibly agitated with me as I pressed my need for my reserved vehicle. Could not have been more dissapointed.

The gentleman who checked me out on August 20 at the Manchester location at approximately 3:00 PM needs a refresher course in customer service. He was rude. As for the gentleman who checked me in at around 9:00 AM, he was excellent. The other factor affecting my rating is that I think it's unfair to charge 99 cents a mile and expect the customer to fill the gas tank. It's the principle because it only cost $8 to fill it back up however I paid $33 for miles and with an $8 fuel fill up UHaul still makes $22 and that's after paying $19.99 to use the truck. UHaul is a necessity for those of us in need of one, but it doesn't make what you charge fair.

Truck had a lot of miles on it and the transmission was slipping and downshifting on the highway when in stop and go traffic. Other than that all was good.

Store layout was blatantly designed to make you see merchandise. It was a literal maze you had to walk through to get to the counter. Drop off attendant was unhelpful, seemed borded, move very slowly. Over all good experience.

Tell them the miles are .99 a mile so that when you return you don't get sticker shock with the final bill like I did for this last time! Your people need training on presales and going over everything.
