The appliance dolley need bigger wheel and need to be lighter than the weight of the appliances. Didn't use it after it was useless. $10 rental fee wasn't worth it. Everthing is good.

I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes to pick up my vehicle. When I returned it, I had to go through a series of inspection like tasks I I.e. checking the headlights the blinkers etc. not sure why I had to do that. Regardless of whether one of those things weren’t working, I don’t think that would’ve been responsibility to replace it. I had to sit in the vehicle for a good 20 minutes while a less than pleasant employee walked me through these tasks barking orders at me. i I told them I was moving items from my garage to the dump when I picked it up, and there was no mention of a cleaning fee. The rude man that did the checkout process informed me that I would have to pay a $25 cleaning fee or I could take a broom climb in the truck time and do it myself. It would’ve been helpful If I was told that there was a cleaning fee when I picked the vehicle up so I could’ve cleaned it at my home before I brought it back. The process of dropping it off was very unclea. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a do not enter sign, so I parked it in the back of the building. I walk to the front of the building where someone told me to go get the vehicle and bring it around front via an entrance that was not clearly marked. They said somebody will help me when I pulled it in. There was nobody there to help me I went into the building at which time they told me to go back outside. I went back outside and that unpleasant man ordered me to get back in the vehicle and then proceeded to take 15 more minutes of my time while i performed inspection like duties. I also feel like the price was very expensive I rented a cargo van for $19.99 for five hours and when all was said and done the vehicle cost me 60 something dollars. I Put a total of 20 miles on it and I replaced the gas. Needless to say, I will never rent a U-Haul from this location again. While I was there, I also saw the frustration in other people. The last time I rented a U-Haul from a different location, the $19.99 for five hours actually cost me $19.99. When I dropped off the vehicle, I droped the keys and nobody inspected that vehicle while I was in it. I’m assuming they had their own stuff to do that which I assume would have been their job. When I tried to rent from that location this time, the type of vehicle I wanted was not available. What I’ve learned from this experience is to put my order in well ahead of time. Again, I will never rent from this location again and if I find that the previous location I rented from has no vehicles available I will be going to Home Depot. Unfortunately I was leaving haul to go out with friends and because of the arduous return process, I was late. Needless to say they heard about my frustration so therefore won’t be trending from this location either. I know you’re extremely busy and probably don’t need my business, but if it were my business I would want to know.

There was damage to the trailer fender that had been identified with yellow marker but the damage had not been repaired. This did not cause any problems with the rental but could have upon dropping off at another at other than the originating U Haul dealer

The truck we had was broken. While driving in the highway it would shift down and go to 4.5 RPM. So I took the long way around off the highway and it still did it, but it also when going under 40MPH it would bounce like a 18 wheeler shifting. When the wheels were turned to the left it made a very loud squealing noise and when turning it off it made an awful noise. I understand these trucks use more gas however what I used in my GMC was 1/4 of a tank for the trip and this truck used just over 3/4 of a tank!!

All staff was excellent. The only problem I had with the car hauler, and I recognized the sound when starting and stopping, was the the hitch was never tightened onto the ball hitch. At a traffic light I had to jump out and screw down the hitch. The trailer, both empty and with a car on it towed very smoothly.

Counter experience was great but I wish returning the van would have gone faster had to wait for another vehicle return which took about 10-15 minutes. Guy was pleasant but the return process should be faster.

Two complaints was when I returned the truck after 6 hour rental. My car was boxed in the customer parking area, because all other rental trailers and trucks That we’re returned blocked my exit. It was an unpleasant experience spending 30 minutes in the windy, down pouring rain pushing a heavy trailer out of my way that was behind me so I can somehow maneuver out of that spot at 1045pm. This branch knew that I was returning the truck that night, because when I asked where I should park for those hours they told me that area would be fine. Customer parking should be elsewhere especially returning the vehicle after hours. The second complaint was they did not explain to me how to shut off the interior light when I got in the truck because it was on the whole entire time of rental, Only noticing when it became nightfall. I drove it the extent of my rental. I accidentally found it when I dropped it off ,no truck manual and even the 1800 customer service number transferred my call 6 times and left me on hold for 33 minutes-surprising that no one knew where the off switch was????

Vehicle headlight was upside down on driver side. Pretty good shimmy at around 40mph, ok faster and slower. Upon returning vehicle, staff did not complete the check-in properly. I got a call the next day asking where the truck was. I have had several excellent experiences at this facility, but this one left a bit to be desired.
