The location is very convenient for me. The people are nice and helpful. I would characterize the cleanliness of the truck as "okay". There were food crumbs on the floor of the cab, and the cupholders needed to be wiped out before using. The back of the truck was fine. The "check engine" light was on. Fortunately, the Area Field Manager, Al Gaines, drove up and was able to check what was causing the warning light. He gave me the go-ahead to drive, and I had no problems with it. Al was exceptionally helpful, and I'd like to thank him again for his assistance during a stressful time.

Eric LI was wrongly charged for several things. Currently working on a refund process, but that shouldn’t be the case. If it’s one thing, fine. This was several extra fees that were not accurate.
