Curtis HMy experience with T&L was incredible. The people at that location were awesome. However, my original reservation was for a 26’ truck that was supposed to be picked up half a mile from my house. I received a call and was told the truck I reserved would not be available at that location, but a 20’ truck would be. Then the day before my reservation I received a call saying the 20’ truck was not available in Florence so I would have to pick up in Coolidge. That alone took me from 3 miles to over 30. The lady I spoke with said I had to wait until 10am to pick up in Coolidge. When I got to Coolidge I was told that I could have picked up at 8am AND there was a 26’ truck available at that location. The person that called from U-Haul was either not knowledgeable or voluntarily gave me bad information. Either way my experience overall was very frustrating.

JAVIER GThe truck was absolutely filthy. I have pictures of it! The dirt was so thick and the back of the truck. It was unreal. As much as I swept it. I couldn't get it out. It ruined my beige furniture!! There was nothing I could do. I didn't have furniture pads to cover it because those weren't given to me as well! Even though I asked for a dozen. And I had people waiting at the house so there was nothing I could do but sweep it out. I didn't even have a mop to mop it because I'm in the middle of moving! I would absolutely never ever rent from U-Haul again nor would I recommend this location ever!!! I'm furious and I'm supposed to have a call and 72 hours from a supervisor that could help me with the situation that happened. But I have not received a call!! Everything that came up the truck was full of dust and dirt. My mattresses, my sofa.. But even the boxes came off covered in dirt. I can't believe this is how they left the truck for me to pick up! This was so wrong!!

ANGELA AWe got the truck from T&L convince store in coolidge arizona. It was dirty and only had 3/4 gas. The ac didn't work tell after we got to lake Havasu to get it fixed.

Anthony GI rented a car dolly, and one of the straps that go over the tires have been cut somehow so when I went to use it, I was unable. I had to utilize my own strap and attach it to the dolly to make it work.

Robb EMake it more streamlined because it’s inside of a convenience store there’s more traffic than probably usual with mixing uhaul customers with people purchasing snacks/fuel. Otherwise, the location and staff are polite and very accommodating!

Fayerene FPick up location was changed at the last minute. Went to pick up at scheduled time and they were not even open. Had make two trips to pick up. Uhaul should have know the hours at pick up location. Have rented from Uhaul before and it went much smoother than this time, I would have given pick up location C&L a better rating if they can get Uhaul to relay their hours to the customer. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

They were very courteous to my grandson who picked up the truck and auto carrier. They were very courteous to my son and grandson who brought back the equipment. Thank you very much.
MICHAEL NThis truck had grease all in the back of the unit. It’s all over our furniture boxes. This is disgusting. I was not given a chance to look at this part of the unit when I accepted it using my phone. Had I been able to too, I would have rejected this unit. This was horrible.
