I had to unload myself. They were late opening the store then they charge me a one day extra charge which they should not have done thank God I called you hole and they reverse me the charge. I would never use that drop off again.

The blankets and the Dolly was not in the truck. I will not recommend for early morning pick up. They were closed and I was not told. Obtaining the key from the box was a issue. I had to call customer service twice before I could get the truck key.
Saundra HDrop off was easy unfortunately could not get ahold of anyone at this location. I would say I'd be ok recommending this location to a friend only cuz drop off with app was easy and parking the truck was too also super close to the house
Autumn OGreat Service! The rental process was smooth and easy.
NORMA OI had to park the trailer in the back of the building, it was dirt, it was raining and muddy.
