The truck air conditioner did not work and the engine light turned on not to long after I got on the road to Arizona from California I turned the truck in with a half tank of gas and never got anything back for it

Anthony G.I rented a car dolly, and one of the straps that go over the tires have been cut somehow so when I went to use it, I was unable. I had to utilize my own strap and attach it to the dolly to make it work.
