My truck was ready when I arrived and pickup and drop off was very easy. Equipment worked well and personnel were friendly.

onda bVery disappointing experience. Called two weeks ahead to schedule pickup. The afternoon BEFORE pickup we received a TEXT that our truck was not available. We were told to pick up our truck 45 minutes away. However, the TEXT stated it was only 20 miles away out of town. We were told to call and confirm. We called several times and left messages. Then the day of pickup, their office closed at 1 pm!!! No one informed us of this. We never had anyone return our messages. So we called our local U-Haul near us in Chapel Hill where we were originally were suppose to rent our truck and they were able to set us up with another location closer to us in siler city which was only 20 minutes away. We called siler city location ahead of our arrival to make sure it was going to be available. When we arrived, the representative was not there. We waited a 1/2 hour for his return. We saw that there were three trucks on the lot. We received a truck with license plates from Arizona that had been involved in several accidents. The truck was marked with “x” where there was damage. It was given to us with NO gas and NO air in the tires. We went to a nearby gas station to fill up both. Poor service from the U-HAUL COMPANY!! Unprofessional!! And …..a very Disappointing experience!!!!!!

Kenneth BIf you go here, you will interact directly with the owner who deeply cares about his business and customer satisfaction. He is very accommodating, respectful, and courteous. It was such a refreshing experience renting a U-Haul here. I have been to other U-Haul rental facilities where the employees would prefer for the customers to use mobile apps to check in and out equipment and there is absolutely no customer service. I'm really glad I found this place!
