When I checked trailer back in, employee argued that my rental was 2 days late. In fact, I was early returning it (same day but few hours early). I had to pull all my emails up and prove it was on time. Then she said, oh the problem is you rented it somewhere else. I rented it and returned it to same location. Thank goodness I had all my docs emailed to me by uhaul and was able to prove that trailer was on time and not a one way. Frustrating though.William A.

I never received the dolly or pads at time of pickup but got billed full price for them at drop off. I called uhaul and had them refund before we even left Phoenix but you billed me anyway. Remove the cost of these items now. I want a refund of all costs and I will be reporting this to BBB.JASON W.

The person at this location was a lazy unmotivated female who wouldn't help with backing of trailer and then wanted me to take it off the hitch. She said â€œCan't you help a lady!â€ as she struggled to lift the trailer off of the hitch on my truck. I was not compelled to help as she refused to be a ground guide in the safe backing of the trailer. This person sucked I her customer service skills!paul L.

Fix the links for checking the equipment damage. All were sent to me but none worked and I wasn't offered the paper version even after the clerk was notified, she just said all of the damage was already tagged, which it wasn't because there was a chip in the windshield.Mindi S.

We went in saying exactly what we needed and it would take 2 locations to get it. Then, we were charged for an item we did not request. Thus, our money was tied up to reserve the way we originally requested. It took 2 hours to get a truck. Then we went to location #2 and it only took 15 minutes to get our car on a trailer, secured and ready to go. Dealer at location #2 was extremely helpful. Come to find out, dealer at location #1 did reservation for location #2, so he did not get the commission. Very disheartening considering #2 customer service compared to #1 customer service.LISA B.

We had arranged to have a dolly and furniture pads and these were not in the truck. The location did not open for 2 hours and we had driven 45 mins. No one was available to help. In addition, there was no radio antenna and the washer fluid was empty. Terrible customer service.Ana Lynn T.

First pick up location , Penny Pinchers 1301 E Rt 66 Gallup, was absolutely horrible and the proprietor was 45 minutes late for my reservation and rude. The dealers at this second location on 2nd street were the complete opposite - friendly, helpful and I was on my way in minutes.Colleen B.
