The location we dropped off the u haul was closer to our home so dropped it off there they charged us more money for a closer destination wished that was explained more clearly to us we had problems o the road the gentleman never took the time to ask our name and never gave time so could explain our problems not good service I had to pay over 200.oo more cause your equipment wasn't up to standard
