The after hours drop off system is cumbersome. The drop off location had poor Wi-Fi, thus preventing me from completing the transaction in a timely fashion.Michael W.

If the customer does not need a dolly, remove it!!! We did not need the dolly and did not use or disconnect. However, on the way to return the truck the dolly dislodged and as a result we had to pay $14 for the 2 day rentaL.kathleen D.

do a walk around # I rented this as a Unit a Truck and Trailer as a unit!!! I was given two pick-up locations over 30 mils away not the way to be helpful to customers and more paperwork and driving and taking time away from loading my rental, I was told maybe at a different location pick-up the UNIT not two different each of locations for each half of the unit!!!Larry K.

I return a U-Haul trailer on time on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 5:55 PM. Space I went online to do the check out however the U-Haul System was down I called the 800 number and was given a verification code 453564 by representative I followed her instructions sent a picture of the trailer she said that no additional charges would be added to my account however I received an email that an additional $20 with added to my bill. Since I did return the trailer on time as per contract I am requesting a refund of $20 to my accountWalter A.

First of all I had to walk tru 3 inches of water to gett to front door, office hole in the wall not a clean or inviting place,I was charged for 6 gal of fuel after just refueling truck to its original specs, I've been renting trucks from uhaul since 1979 and this has been my worst experience ever.Richard G.
