While the owners were very nice, it seemed like they were not confident in what they were doing and had to call on help from others during the process. During that time, I had to sit in a very small kitchen with very little space and rather messy. The attendant was unclear on the process and did not listen well the first day. They were very accomodating with letting me pick up the truck one day and the trailer the next. When I went back for the trailer, they apologized for some of the glitches on the first day and they helped me greatly in getting my car on the trailer and making sure I got off on my way. There were also problems with the reservation process (which were not the fault of Taco Rock but of UHaul). First, the website was directing me for pick up all the way in Milton, FL, rather far from Pensacola. Then I called a location I had used 2 years ago and he helped me greatly in finding a closer location. When I got the confirmation, the reservation time was wrong. In my online reservation, I paid for a dolly but a dolly was not included on the truck so I had to use my brother's in the end. I guess overall I was unhappy with the reservation process due to these glitches and all the work I had to do to iron things out. It was not a seemless process and not very user friendly in my view. I think the owners of Taco Rock are doing their best but it seems like they need more training from UHaul. Thankfully a woman named Peggy came to help get everything straight.
