Customer service can be improved. We walked in at 10:05 to pick up the van, front office person, have not opened the doors and did not turn on the lights until we were going through the check in process for the truck. Another customer tried to come around 10:30 and he also has not opened the front door- there was an obvious lack of motivation to provide an even average customer service

GREGORY BMake sure the truck doesn’t have check engine lights on or the fuel hose cut. Please don’t charge for extra days when multiple people and emails have told me I would be getting days free and extra mileage.
