These guys DO take care of business. They handled the UHaul "paperwork" and replaced a fuse in my truck that was preventing the turn indicator on the trailer from working.

The didn’t have exactly what I was asking for but a great alternative! The staff is friendly and accommodating! The young man hooked up the trailer. He had me adjust my lights to make sure the lights on the trailer worked properly!

Truck was VERY rough looking. Inside was pretty clean. Attendant was less than friendly and smelt like marijuana as did the office.

Initial services and trip were fine. We required a tow during our trip. I am not pleased the Uhaul dealer did not inform us there was a roadside service that only cost $7 for the trip. We got the SafeMove insurance. Had I know SafeTrip was available I would’ve added the service. I’m out $285 for the tow. Neither Uhaul advertising on the website nor the dealer made it clear that this service is available.
