The location was fine, but we were charged a $6 fee for dropping off at a location that was different than what we chose at checkout. When we checked out in the reservation, we were given only two options, both of which are more than 45 minutes from our home in Florida. The location we ultimately used was fifteen minutes away. I think it is RIDICULOUS that we had to pay the $6 fee.

Iris DTruck was returned at 2 pm the same day it was rented and I checked out on the app. I also paid for 50 miles and only traveled 35, where's the promised refund???
