It was a little frustrating to not be able to confirm that the equipment I ordered would be at this location until 24-48 hours in advance, but the location experience once we were picking up the truck was very efficient, and the agent helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment was very new, which was a bonus. Very clean truck.

DUSTIN CLocation a bit run down. Limited equipment inventory. Staff was efficient and helpful, and got me out quickly.
JAMIE HNo one was of much help. No one was there when I returned which was a mid day. I had to put my key in the lock box. I have not yet received a copy of my bill so i don't know if they billed me correctly.
ROBERT AI specifically asked for a pick up location that an employee would be at the location. And even verified the business hours with the U-Haul representative. I also informed them that I did not want to use the U-Haul app nor the truck share. When I got to the location during their operating business hours there was no one there. I had tried calling there earlier and left a voicemail saying that I needed to change the time of pick up. No one ever called me back so I called U-Haul again to change the time of pick up. I informed the U-Haul representative that I needed an employee there at that location and to verify their business hours which they did. I also informed them that I do not have the app and I did not want to use the truck share feature which needed the U-Haul app. This wasn’t the first time I spoke to a representative about this. I spoke to numerous U-Haul representatives prior to booking the truck. I also informed them to send my reservation with the price quote to my email even though they pushed hard for me to get the app. Which I never received until the day of the pick up. When no one was there at the location, it was pouring down rain, I had no way of getting the truck so I had to call U-Haul again………….. I was informed that first I would be sent to the rescheduling department because now I was 12 minutes past my pick up time even though I was there five minutes before my pick up time. I had also tried downloading the app before I called and the system was down. That took me about 15 minutes. I spoke to a very nice representative that took me step-by-step through the truck share process which I wasted another 30-40 minutes in the pouring down rain stepping in 3 inches of water taking the pictures of the truck. When I finally got to the last step of getting the keys, I was then behind schedule close to an hour, which caused a whole domino effect to my very tight schedule. I am an elderly person, but consider myself tech savvy,. However, I do not find that the U-Haul customers need to do the U-Haul representatives jobs and you should be paying your customers to do so . This will be the last time I ever use U-Haul again.

MICHAEL VThe trailer had an ant infestation, when I discovered this it was 2pm and I called to see if I could swap it but they closed at 2pm. I called U-Haul and they could only offer the option of a 2 hour trip to swap the trailer. Closing at 2 pm on a Wednesday is absurd.

George HProvide equipment that is roadworthy. This truck was old, and the steering had four inches of play in both directions, making steering extremely difficult and unsafe. The front end rattled and shook and had a somewhat extreme bounce over 55 MPH. During our trip, it was raining for the first five hours and the driver-side windshield wiper came off causing me to have to stop several times on the side of the highway to put it back in place, creating a dangerous situation each time. I have rented U-Haul equipment at least 2 dozen times over the years and this was by far the worst experience I have had. U-Haul should be ashamed for putting anybody in this truck and I feel that this truck should be taken out of the rental fleet until it can be fixed or scrapped for parts. Horrible and dangerous experience.
