David AThe owner/operator of this location (same location for pick up and drop off for our rental) was extremely helpful and flexible. Thankfully, he helped with all the check-in and check-out requirements so we didn't also have to utilize the U-Haul app which was a bit frustrating the last time we used U-Haul. I would definitely recommend this location and U-Haul overall though. We hired helpers too through the Hire-a-Helper recommendation and that worked out perfectly as well (again).
Cindy HI’ve rented from this location on several occasions. It is not the closest UHaul rental to me, but is the only one I use because the folks who operate it are awesome, and the equipment is always ready to go in good working order.

CHRISTEL HUhaul has significantly increased the diameter of the trailer hitch safety hooks. They will not fit into many vehicle hitches. There was no provision or product available to purchase to accommodate these oversized hooks. I was sent to purchase something myself. I'd say Uhaul needs to approach this differently by providing adaptor shackles to resolve this issue. Thankyou

Harris WEverything was great, the person there even helped me change my tow setup to accomodate the trailer. Really saved the day for me.
DAVID BI arrived at 3:04pm to a closed gate. After waiting 4 minutes and trying to use the app to drop off my uhaul, I was approached by an angered employed throwing his hands yelling at me. I was confused by his hand gestures so I put the uhaul in reverse. This angered the already angry man even more to start yelling louder saying what the hell are you doing. I opened my door after putting the uhaul in park and he said “I can’t help you the gate closes at 3.” I said sir it’s 3:07 I drove 25 minutes from my house to drop this he said there’s nothing I can do, see you at 7am. By far the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with uhaul or any company for that matter. I contacted Erica at my pickup loacation and she said that was totally uncalled for and to call corporate. I did and they were awesome and resolved the situation. I felt like that employee would’ve fist fought me in that parking lot, definitely didn’t feel safe simply dropping off my truck a day early. I will probably never use uhaul again after this trauma
