I am not satisfied with this truck. The build quality does not feel very solid, and the overall is not comfortable especially for long drives. Another major issue is the braking system. It takes too long for the driver to brake, and the response is not quick enough. This can feel unsafe and makes driving stressful. Overall, the truck needs improvement in comfort and braking performance. Thanks

The 1355 Holcomb Bridge location at AGN just moved to the 1325 location. It was a little confusing on pickup. The app wouldn't let me do the return so I had to get the lady working at Tampico to help. Also the 6 moving blankets were not in the truck. Not a big deal but I did pay 5$ for those and was hoping to have them. Otherwise the truck worked great and the lady at Tampico was alot of help. Thanks!

The front desk worker did not show me the truck, did not walk me through the truck, it was nasty with nail clippings and clippers. Made me sign the contract before I even seen the truck or started it up to make sure it was in working order. When I started my trip, the engine light came on immediately, well, too late its already been loaded. Had to limp my ass 7 hours to our destination. Awful experience.

Tried to accuse me of stealing even though I was extending days on it and made me return it even though I was not done using it. Horrible location.

A laminated sheet of basic instructions of where lights/ wipers would help. Took forever to find out how to lock/unlock doors. Outside mirrors were manual…who knew??? Change oil light on all the time..made me worry. I wouldn’t treat my own vehicle like that. The steel plate behind the driver/passenger needs to have more holes, or bigger holes. Trying to use rear view mirror with those tiny holes was useless. U-Haul bumped me to 4 different locations. I booked nearest my home but because someone wanted all 4 cargo vans, I was chopped liver. Location provided was difficult to get to but the staff was super friendly.

Poor customer service.....didn't speak gave me a truck with issues.....when I told the cashier she looked at me with a blank expression.....and responded with a dead pan yeah ok.....thanks

Miscommunication about where to drop off vehicle, we were told any uhaul location and had to travel all the way from cumming to this location and had to pay a late fee because of it. Actually slimey asf.

Moving blankets smelled strong of gasoline. The truck surged and didn't drive well. The store was very small and didn't have a lot of supplies. The attendant didn't offer to help with adding blankets with my one-way rental.

The drop point for the 5x8 trailer was a little tough to get into.(It was a former gas station, but due to HWY 400 it was a little tough. That may be why the gas station did not last at that location.) But the attendant was helpful and efficient at getting me checked in and on my way.

when I rented the uhaul, the address provided was close to where I needed to pickup some furniture. when I arrived at Tampico Express 3, the young lady said that the trailer was at a different location just a few miles away. I rented from this specific location because it was closer. also, I had just exited 400 which was where she was sending me. VERY, very frustrating. also, I rented an appliance dolly which was not provided. I am not concerned about that as I was not charged and did not end up needing it but it should have been referenced at pickup.

Best customer service I've ever received from a U-Haul station. Staff is friendly and well informed. They also seem to have the best equipment in excellent condition, from other server stations I've used.
