Not happy that pickup keeps getting moved to farther out locations. I had a hard time understanding the person at the store (language skills). I felt they were giving hard sell on insurance without looking at the online order showing I had already paid for it. Just not the experience I remember having with UHAUL a few years ago.

Ben RTruck was clean but only one headlight worked and it was SUPER dim. Like holding up a candle. Please check the headlights.
NICHOLAS RTruck was in very poor mechanical condition. Very loud and struggled to accelerate up a hill. Check engine light was on also.
