I had an absolutely horrible experience with this U-Haul location and with the moving help arranged through the U-Haul website. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, the location was locked and no one was there. The employee did not arrive until approximately 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, and I then experienced an additional 30-minute delay at the location before I was finally able to leave with the truck. All of this occurred during the rental period I was already paying for, meaning approximately 45 minutes of my paid rental time was lost before I could even begin using the U-Haul. I had also paid for a utility dolly, but the location did not have one available. To make matters worse, the U-Haul was given to me essentially empty, with the gas light already on, so I immediately had to deal with getting fuel before I could even begin my move. I also hired movers through the U-Haul website. They did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not contact me. I had to reach out to them every single time for an update. Over approximately five hours, I was given multiple changing ETAs and repeatedly told they were coming. During that entire time, I was sitting with an empty U-Haul that I was actively paying for, and their delays ultimately caused me to exceed the time allotted on my rental contract. The movers ultimately never showed up at all. Then, at approximately 10:00 PM, they texted me asking me to cancel the job, despite the fact that I had never canceled anything and had spent the entire day waiting for them to provide the service I had paid for. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, costly, and unacceptable. I lost paid rental time because the location was not ready at my scheduled pickup, did not receive equipment I had paid for, was provided a truck with the gas light on, and then lost hours of additional rental time waiting for movers booked through U-Haul who never showed up. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location or U-Haul’s Moving Help service to anyone. I would strongly caution others against relying on either.

All of the reviews saying that this is a bad location for a non-Spanish speaking individual to rent from were 100% accurate! I had to get out my phone and use Google Translate to ask the clerk (who spoke no English) for the keys after I spent 20 minutes using the mobile pickup feature on the app. I won't do that and I won't rent from this location again!

I did not receive truck on full tank of gas.. brought it to the attention of the agent. She advised that i should return truck on same amount of gas .. which i did and they still charged me 28.50 additional due to tank not being full despite me not receiving it filled

Unfortunately, the store I was directed to for pick up and drop off was not well managed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no-one who knew what the U-Haul process was. I only speak English and the store representative only spoke Spanish, this was difficult and slowed the pick up process as someone had to be phoned and put on loud speaker. What should have been a 5 minute process took 15+ minutes. Drop off was just as difficult. The store does not open until 10am and my drop off was at 10am so if I waited, it would have been late. This would not be a problem if not for the fact there was not drop box to leave the keys and I was forced to leave the key hanging on the business side door which I was very concerned to do. I know this is a new location but training and logistics need help.
