I did not receive truck on full tank of gas.. brought it to the attention of the agent. She advised that i should return truck on same amount of gas .. which i did and they still charged me 28.50 additional due to tank not being full despite me not receiving it filled

Unfortunately, the store I was directed to for pick up and drop off was not well managed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was no-one who knew what the U-Haul process was. I only speak English and the store representative only spoke Spanish, this was difficult and slowed the pick up process as someone had to be phoned and put on loud speaker. What should have been a 5 minute process took 15+ minutes. Drop off was just as difficult. The store does not open until 10am and my drop off was at 10am so if I waited, it would have been late. This would not be a problem if not for the fact there was not drop box to leave the keys and I was forced to leave the key hanging on the business side door which I was very concerned to do. I know this is a new location but training and logistics need help.
Chad BInstead of parking the truck themselves, they made me park it and then complained where I parked it. Told me if it wasn’t parked where they wanted it, then I can’t return the truck to that location. I parked the truck three times in three different spots so they would shut up and I could be ready for my uber. I should have just left it where I originally parked it and left, it’s not my job to manage to the parking of their equipment. The location is actually inside of a salon, and not a legit uhaul location. I would never use this location ever again, and it should be an embarrassment for uhaul to actually list it on the site.
