I was called by a regional manager to change locations of my pick-up and was offered a $10 discount. Did not receive the discount. The young lady at the new location had to facetime another associate twice to figure out how to complete the rental process. Keep in mind all of this information was done online prior to arriving at the location. The young lady handed me the key and that was it. Did not look over the truck with me to inspect any prior damages, confirm the starting mileage or gas. Same upon return, took the key and that was it. Got my receipt this morning and see that I was charged for gas even though I returned it at the same amount as when I took it. Unacceptable.
