It was easy picking up and dropping off the UHAUL I rented. The owner/operator of the business wasn't onsite but he worked with me over the phone to get me started with picking up the UHAUL. He also waited for me at the end of his home driveway to give me some furniture pads for the move I was making. It was a little tough getting started because I had reserved the box van online, but had to go through the same process with him over the phone, but the rest of the process went like clock work. I wouldn't hesitate renting another UHAUL from this same location again.
