Uhaul is horrible. I do not believe i will every use you all again. My location was switched from 1 miles way to 15 miles a few days before my move, wasting extra time and gas money. I could not get the truck from my phone at 630am on a very strict schedule. I had to call customer service and waited 55 MINUTES before an answer. Thankfully i did not let the customer service representative hang up in case i couldn't get the keys. I couldn't get the keys because there was no lock box on the truck. The truck squeaked horribly the entire drive and shook uncontrollably at any speed, damaging a lot of my neatly packed items. Cannot believe how horrible the experience was and wasn't offered some type of discount for screwing me and my time over.Jordan R.

Don't rent anything to your customers from Port Street in Corpus Christi Texas. It's absurd. I had a 16 hour drive from Corpus Christi Texas to Berthoud Colorado and they set me back over 1.5 hours with their miscommunication and poor scheduling.Denise L.

I have used your company many times in the past however the last 2 times I've not been given the size truck I've needed and no options. I was also very pressured to get the equipment returned before I had a chance to finish my move. We moved across several states and were not given enough time. I will never use U-haul againLori F.
Fix your trailers as they should be. Service them correctly. Don't cut corners! We experienced a tire blow out because someone at UHaul didn't bother to put any of the right tires on yje trailer.vaughnna V.

There was nothing wrong with the location or the service I received there but this was not where or even the equipment I had reserved two weeks earlier. I had to drive from Longmont to pick up a truck and trailer to get the sf of the 20' truck I had asked for in Longmont, which was a much closer location to where I needed the equipment.Wendy R.

It was a neighborhood drop and although they said they were open, no one was there. So found another drop spot. Went there and was told they could not accept trailers. They called the place I had just come from got someone to answer and was sent back to it. costing me time and miles. Waited there until some guys arrived and helped me since I am 72 years old and cannot physically do much because of bad shoulders. By the way there were two trailers sitting at the place that said they could not accept trailers and two open parking places next to them. Is that customer service being forced to run around to find a place to return equipment?Gerald R.

I got a call from them asking me to bring the truck in earlier than my contract time.Wendy R.
We tried to drop off after hours on Friday. Not only was it not well lit enough to see the adresses but the "open lot" they claimed to have, held about 4 vehicles and was completely full. So we ended up having to return another day. They began calling us 3 days in advance of our rental being due back, multiple times a day. It felt harassing. They shouldn't run a uhaul location in my opinion.Stacie H.

The hours online said they were open the day we wanted to return the trailers but when we got there, they were not open nor was the hours posted on the door. Couldn't even get them checked in online because nothing was working right. Called and left a message of the time and date we left the trailers so we wouldn't be charged a late fee. Arrived during normal business hours on a weekday. No one there. I had to jockey the trailer around for over 45 minutes to find a place I felt comfortable leaving the trailer. It took over 45 minutes for me to do the online checkout on my phone, partially due to poor cell reception. Then, when I got home I saw that they charged me for a extra day rental because I was not 48 minutes over my 5 day rental limit!! What a joke. I insisted on a refund of this extra day on the response email and will wait to see how they respond.Louis S.
My pick up and drop off locations were changed and never communicated to me. When I called to change my drop off to a location in my town I was told they have you drop the trailer where they need it.... I'm the one paying for this service how about you give me a location where I need it!Cindy M.

The couple at this location went way beyond the proverbial "second mile" to find a creative solution to haul our Toyota RAV4 and trailer when our transmission went out. After we picked up the U-haul truck, we found that our trailer hitch would not work with the ball on the U-haul to tow it to the rental location. The wife came out with her personal truck to pull our trailer to their rental location. Then the husband used his forklift to place our trailer inside the U-haul truck. Then we hauled the car on a regular car-hauler trailer. Talk about a creative solution that saved us money! We are extremely grateful customers. (Nevertheless we fervently hope never to need such a solution again!)Andrew A.
I received two confirmation emails with different addresses on them for pick up (there were no reservation numbers on the emails) so I cancelled one of them. This somehow cancelled both so I had to drive to another town to pick up my U-Haul. The next time I move I will look at other vendors because of this.madeline S.

Nice lady working, noticed me wandering around lost and called me over. Weird location, but many uhauls are. That's the convenience of the company, you can get a truck or drop off a truck almost anywhere. I would recommend and I would use this site again.Sandra D.

Original location for pick up was loveland. Changed to berthuad and not notified. Get there had to wait for 5 minutes for woman to come out of house where she was cooking. Then she had to check in the trailer to check it out to me. Then she had no printer ink. Then she had no adapter for my truck. Overall. A shit show from uhaul and it's agents. Great thing is theres never a compensation from you, just a see you again becuase you know theres no other company that provides this service.Todd W.

Equipment was filthy. The building was beyond disgusting and should be on the hoarders show. Took almost 2 hour to pick up the dolly because it wasnt ready and other vehicles had to be moved. The owner, female, dismissed all complaints of it being filthy and the that the passenger tire well was bent.Brittni B.
