Unfortunately, Joe had the wrong “and wasn’t real helpful about trying to fix it after the long explanation had to go to traffic and to the original schedule site from Loveland to figure it out and he wasn’t even willing to print me out a receipt and like I said Just seem real negative unfortunately they have to pick up in Berthoud on Turner Street in Berthoud Colorado

RUSSELL AThey were friendly and helpful, even pointing out that I had requested far too many furniture pads. They were correct, even cutting my order in half I had more than I needed. I was frustrated that I had to pick the truck up in Berthod rather than the Longmont location that I had put in my reservation. Nothing about this location except that it was twice as far from the apartment, I was moving my daughter from. At least I was told the day before.
