They were friendly and helpful, even pointing out that I had requested far too many furniture pads. They were correct, even cutting my order in half I had more than I needed. I was frustrated that I had to pick the truck up in Berthod rather than the Longmont location that I had put in my reservation. Nothing about this location except that it was twice as far from the apartment, I was moving my daughter from. At least I was told the day before.

This is an unmanned location. But not an issue at all. Used the app to drop off - while doing so, received a phone call from the owner just making sure I had what I needed.
