They assigned us with the wrong truck and when we went to return they were closed on a Saturday. It took us three hours after an extremely lo ng 2 days to find out why we couldn't return the truck online. No afyer calls or apologies. An o erall bad experience.

I'm sure T&G Automotive had no idea that the previous renter allowed an animal to pee in the cab of the UHaul Truck. We didn't notice it, either, until we started driving it to our house. ......It caused our driver to get a headache, and feel ill. If we ever rent a UHaul, again, we will be sure to sit in the cab, for a few minutes, to make sure it doesn't smell like ANIMAL URINE. I wish UHaul had thoroughly cleaned out the cab, before we rented it. Secondly, our contract was created, NOT GIVING US ENOUGH MILES, to make it from UHaul Pick-up, to our old house, to our new house. Our contract was about 70 miles too short. We asked T&G Automotive to make an adjustment, but they said they couldn't, and told us to call 800-Go-UHaul. I did, and they transferred me to the Kansas City traffic center for UHaul. That "manager" told me she could add 40 miles, but no more. I tried to reason with her, explaining that all we wanted to do, was to get from the UHaul Pick-Up, to our old house, to our new house ... nothing extra. She absolutely WOULD NOT BUDGE, saying she would give us only 40 miles, and we'd have to pay for every mile we drove above our contract. I asked why our contract didn't include the appropriate number of miles to begin with. She and I discussed, and then argued, back and forth, and I asked to be escalated to her manager. She said, "I . AM . THE . MANAGER", and then forwarded the phone call to 1-800-GO-UHAUL. That was very, very irritating, when we *Just . Wanted . To , Have . The . Exact . Number . Of . Miles . On . The . Contract . That . Would . Allow . Us . To . Go . From . Point A . To . Point B . To Point C* So, T&G Automotive was Above Average, in taking care of us. It is the Kansas City traffic service for UHaul that earned my *Below Average* grade.

Didn't get any paper work no walk around, and when we brought the truck back on Saturday we had no idea where to drop off the key as had not been informed be for hand. Also never got email as promised

I reserved on line. I asked for St. Cloud MN. Your online site sent me 45 minutes Southeast of my location to pick up the trailer, and then 45 minutes back to the location to begin moving. Poor job by the online reservation. I'm not at all familiar with MN, so I assumed the site was close.

They had given away all of their furniture moving pads prior to our arrival at 11am. I had requested 6 pads when I set up my rental online. They instantly removed the charge and I didn't need them after all. So no harm no foul.

I rented through the website. When I arrived the location did not have the appiance dolly. It seems that there is no internal confirmation between the company and these locations as the reservation was made a week in advance. The folks at this location worked hard and quickly to locate a dolly so they were great. I still had to drive out of my way to get the dolly from another location, paying milage on the truck by the way.

She told me the gas tank was on Full, but later I found out that it was on the last line, but full is on the F. So I added way more gas than I received.

I dropped my truck off the same day I rented it, around 3pm. This location was closed all day and charged me another day of rental even though I dropped the truck off on time. Terrible service. Now I have to argue and get the extra day refunded.

The vehicle I was driving is in desperate need of a front end alignment. Had to hold the steering wheel at a 45 degree angle to keep it on the road and it still wanted to pull to the right. I am glad I only had to drive 150 miles. It was a very stressful drive. Your trucks need to be maintained better mechanically.

The truck I rented today never should have been on the road. It had significant engine issues and was quite frankly dangerous to use. My pickup time and location was changed 2 days before I was scheduled to move, then I was forced to check in online because the location closed due to personal reasons and could not check me in. This threw off my schedule for the day even further. When I finally opened up the truck to start loading, the dolly that I rented was not in the truck. I've called three times trying to get a refund for the dolly, and each time I've been told that can't refund it. I've used Uhaul twice before this last time and never had a complaint. As a self storage operator, I've even recommended Uhaul trucks to many of my customers. That will no longer be the case. I will definitely not be using or recommending UHaul anymore.

I booked online, and chose a pickup location, but once i got to that location it switched to a different location which was frustrating. Truck drove good and the gas miliage wasnt that bad

We had done "pre-check-in" online, and we were still at the U-Haul location for nearly an hour, with no one in line ahead of us. The person behind the counter seemed clueless, and kept having to call U-Haul for information. They did not have the requested 2 dozen furniture pads, and eventually told us they would give us the appliance dolly and 9 pads they did have for free, but I have yet to see that refund on my credit card. Overall, I would NOT ever use this pick-up location again.

I was told by a customer service representative to drop my U-Haul off at this location on Saturday afternoon. The location is not open over the weekend and I was told to use the dropbox. Well they logged my return at 8 AM on Monday and I was charged for an extra day. That is unfair and I feel like I was duped.
