From the time that I ordered the truck and the auto carrier, the employees were very helpful. I had no idea what was needed and they were extremely helpful. This truck had grease all in the back of the unit. It's all over our furniture boxes. This is disgusting. I was not given a chance to look at this part of the unit when I accepted it using my phone. Had I been able to too, I would have rejected this unit. This was horrible.Pablo H.

It's the only drop off in city, I'm sure it's wonderful and I'd tell a friend to do it if they moved to Coolidge but I would suggest they go out of their way for it.John D.
This is not a reflection on the location. I reserved a truck and car hauler at the queen creek az location I received a call stating they were at another location 25 miles away I received a call stating they did not have a car hauler I called uhaul main # and was told it was at the second location Arrived to pick up truck/trailer and was told no trailer Waited 40 min to be told the trailer was an hour away Had to completely re-arrange my 250 mile move the day of at a large expense to my family. I now have no way to transport my vehicle to my new home. Uhaul made no effort to help me with the situation uhaul caused. Since uhaul seems to have little regard for their customers I will have to absorb the inconvenience and expense of their poor service.martin Z.

My pickup location is a dealer- thus they were quite busy with there store business & not so much concerned with the Uhaul portion. It took longer than normal to get my trailer & be on the road.Kaylee B.

Friendly staff. Have use the services from this place before. It's always a good experience here.. never have a problem. I had to keep the truck I rented longer than expected all it took was a call to let them know and they were fine with it. I definitely reccomend this place to anyone..VALERIE DOLORES G.
Uhaul corporate should figure out who is open and who is not. We made a reservation for this location and Uhaul air traffic called and insisted that this location was closed, so they made us change to a town 10 Mike's away, which would have been an major inconvenience. We went to this Coolidge location and indeed they were open and accepting reservations.Kerry A.

This location has been a go to spot as equipment is rented in a fuel station and the employees are always friendly. I visited the mini storage location the previous Saturday to check prices, but the office was locked so my choice was easy to use the T & L site.Tommy W.
