I was charged $99.76 on my credit card, but the receipt shows only $64.74. This difference was not explained. I tried calling multiple times to resolve the issue. The first time I called, I was told they were busy and would call me back, but I never received a call. After that, I tried calling again several times, but no one answered. Please improve communication with customers and ensure billing is accurate and clearly explained. Also, follow up on customer concerns when promised.
