I dropped the trailer off after hours on a Thursday around 6 pm. The trailer was not checked in to their systems until Sat. And that's after I contacted Support to help. These questions should have a N/A as an option to answer as I did not come in contact with anyone when I dropped it off nor did I see the inside of their office.

BETTY MNo one present at drop off, which is fine except the app wasn’t working . Codes couldn’t be verifierd. So I had to call for assistance which also took several minutes on hold and then the person has to send me a different link to finalize drop-off. The app issues were the problem in this instance .

Frank BI was charged $99.76 on my credit card, but the receipt shows only $64.74. This difference was not explained. I tried calling multiple times to resolve the issue. The first time I called, I was told they were busy and would call me back, but I never received a call. After that, I tried calling again several times, but no one answered. Please improve communication with customers and ensure billing is accurate and clearly explained. Also, follow up on customer concerns when promised.
HARNAM SWiring broken on arrival, no one at location for 20 minutes, attendant put wrong cargo on contract. In towing surge brake performance poor. One hub did not heat up indication brake not working. Temps checked with heat gun
