I was charged extra for the gas and gas was already filled up to the same quarter tank that I got the vehicle. Please refund the extra amount charged on my credit card

When I returned the truck to this location the guy there did not know anything about the return and had to be on the phone with someone else that was supposed to be there but wasn’t. Additionally I returned the truck with the required amount of fuel and they said I did not and charged me for more fuel and a surcharge for $70. Additionally I had returned the truck at 10:15 and they didn’t log it being returned until 3:30pm which the then charged me an additional $55. I have called and opened a case with their corporate office additionally they said it could be 3 days to hear From someone and the if I don’t I have to call another person. This return location was a trashy gas station and after this experience I know 100% I will not be back there and renting from U-Haul might not be an option later if they don’t handle this correctly.
Stephen KBusiness was closed and I had to wait outside during pick up and during drop off, no response, not sure why I was forced to go to this location when the original location that I chose had dozens of vehicles in the lot when I passed by it very upset I want my money back

HEATHER YSaturday 11/01/25 I had no issues with this location or the vehicle when I picked it up. It had about 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I let the gentleman at the counter of the Valero gas station know. He acknowledged he was aware it was not close to full. I had the vehicle in my possession for approximately 4.5 hours and logged 16 miles. I let the same gentlemen behind the counter know that I had only used 16 of the 30 miles I estimated and said I had put no gas in it since the needle barely moved. I asked if I would be credited with the miles that didn't get used and he said it would be adjusted when he "put it in the system". I was shocked and disgusted when I received my invoice. I was charged a $30 "FUEL FILL UP SERVICE FEE" and an additional $40 for 8 gallons of fuel for a grand total of $138.11. I immediately returned to the "gas station and once again spoke to the same gentlemen. He had no answers stating it was "the system, the system, I just put it in the system". Since it was a Saturday, he assured me he would follow up with someone on "Monday" and get back to me. I also called the 1-800 number on the UHaul website and registered my dispute. I'm supposed to here something in 72hrs. Today is Monday, 11/03/25 so I'm hoping for a positive resolution.
RICHARD LThe guy was almost an hour late he blew cigarette smoke on me Never went over my contract just kept trying to charge my card added excessive miles in there I went under 10 miles the truck was dirty and smelled I had to sweep before putting my stuff in there I never received the utilities dolly it was awful experience
