Where do I start! The van was not available which was the only reason why I chose the location. Prices didn’t match my order that I placed on the u-haul website. I wanted a dolly and blankets with my order, got charged $35 dollars for the dolly and 3 blankets! Salesman at the store was rude. Never again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPoor customer service. Lied about the gas tank being 1/4 filled (it was empty). AC was not working in truck. Never received our rented dolly.

Megan WWhen I made the reservation, I did not realize it was not at a U-Haul but a gas station. The gas station was set to open at 9 and my pick up was at 9 but the worker did not get there until almost 8 minutes later. It is not a significant issue but it delayed my start of the day. The tablet he used also took a while to connect to the internet both at the pick up and drop off. Secondly, while I only had to return it with the same amount of gas, it would have been nice to get it without having to immediately fill it up.
