When I made the reservation, I did not realize it was not at a U-Haul but a gas station. The gas station was set to open at 9 and my pick up was at 9 but the worker did not get there until almost 8 minutes later. It is not a significant issue but it delayed my start of the day. The tablet he used also took a while to connect to the internet both at the pick up and drop off. Secondly, while I only had to return it with the same amount of gas, it would have been nice to get it without having to immediately fill it up.

The site was a convenience store and U-Haul's presence at the site was very limited. With that said, the individual that worked there was very helpful.
Mike MI would not rent from this site. I would choose an actual U-Haul place and not this one. The gas station worker was not helpful and the site did not have the appliance dolly that I ordered for my rental. The worker did not help with that and I had to figure out how to get the dolly from another location.
Marjorie QPerhaps stating clearly when reserving the U-Haul that the original pick up location does not provide one way service. We had to drive 35 mins out of our way to obtain the rental at the last minute.
