I've always went to an actual UHaul store but this time when I chose the pick up location, I was surprised it was just a gas station. But everything was perfect. Fast, professional, easy.

The guy had a hard time processing the pickup.
Steve HWe booked online a 15 foot with ramp van. When we got there, they didn't have it. No real explanation. But had a 20 foot with ramp, which was fine. But, they charged us the 20 foot rate. It was not what we needed, or wanted, and was not our mistake. Should have been given the courtesy rate.
STEPHEN JGreat experience. Truck was ready when we showed up, was clean inside and out, and had no mechanical issues. Drop off was a breeze also.
Karen MShowed up business was still closed after my appointment time, the truck was full of snow and no help removing the snow, the truck was dirty and the back gate was broken and hard to open and close, just not a great moving experience.
