Key pick up instructions were incorrect. Unable to contact property owner because phone number is not in service. We were at location for over an hour trying to pick up truck. Had to call support but they couldn't contact the host either. We were knocking and asking the neighboring businesses if they had contact info or had seen the host. Eventually, over an hour later she came out of the business, meaning she had been there the entire time we were knocking. She was rude, condescending, and had to go look for the truck key, further delaying our trip. She did not apologize! We were incredibly late starting our trip and because of this we were late getting to our destination which impacted other parts of our trip. I am furious and this pick up location should be shut down.
