Customer support agent Elsie became quite snippy very quickly and interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation. I found this very rude, especially considering the almost instant annoyance in response to our conversation. I don’t know if she had a rough day but it’s no excuse to be rude especially when I was calm, not yelling, demanding, or rude myself. I was simply explaining what I thought was the case.
