The whole truck doesn’t drive right all it did was keep stopping and when ever I gave it gas it wouldn’t really go I didn’t even drive it to the place I needed to go to because I didn’t feel safe in it at all, I really would like a refund back to my credit card and go and use a different vehicle from somewhere else, thank you Rodriguez

DELORES KThe only problem was we had to wait for well over a half hour just to get things going. Apparently the system was down and they had to take a picture of my drivers license and credit card front and back. I was not comfortable doing that.
Annette FCustomer support agent Elsie became quite snippy very quickly and interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation. I found this very rude, especially considering the almost instant annoyance in response to our conversation. I don’t know if she had a rough day but it’s no excuse to be rude especially when I was calm, not yelling, demanding, or rude myself. I was simply explaining what I thought was the case.
