Had a very bad experience with U-Haul...first our truck that we reserved DAYS in advance was not there when it came time for me to pick up so I had to drive over 40 Miles OUT Of the way to get a different truck which added over 80 extra miles that I had to pay 89cents per mile for because of no fault of my own...the trucks tires kept losing air, and the check engine light was coming on, I returned the truck a full day in advance but was still charged for an extra day that I did NOT have the truck because they never put into the computer that I returned it until the next day...horrible company that seems to profit off from other people's misfortune and likes to rip people off.Courtny B.

Rude, abrupt, difficult to contact, very few opening hours to communicate, but uhaul online services were even worse. And getting to talk with an agent, was impossible after many tries and 2 hpur telephone wait. Call back didn't work, was just another bot that announced another 52 minute wait. I just wanted to communicate that I wanted the van for 2 extra days to unload.Gordon M.

The U-Haul I had had weather stripping( the black stuff in between door and windows, falling apart...so the drive was extremely noisy and had wind buffeting me the entire timeFrederick H.

I reserved equipment 3 weeks in advance only for your company to cancle on me 2 days prior to my move due to the lack of equipment. Because of your very unprofessional actions it caused my move cost to increase $1200.00.William P.

Nothing. The man that I talked and met with when renting the U-haul was great. Very nice, friendly, informative, helpful, and even gave me helpful advice when I was stressed about moving.
