The vehicle was uncared for had dents and bangs all over the vehicle paint missing on the hood. But the worst was the ac unit did not work it blew out hot air and I told the woman when I returned it and she said that I was the second person to say that about that vehicle. You would have thought the vehicle would have been looked at and serviced. It was 95 degrees outside hot and humid and I was just down the street moving my son into college but if I had to drive a distance I would have passed out from the heat from heat stroke from the hot air from the ac unit. Not good business when somebody reports a problem like that and not to fix it and send it back out with another person when there were other vehicles of the same size on the lot she could have given me. Very disappointed .

Katelyn TWell, this customer is an empath and the MANY bright LED lights or flourescents over the heads of the guys at the desk, I didn't like that for a few reasons. Lights like that are demonstrably bad for your health. It was GLARING. There were like 7 in a row overhead, I had a headache from standing there for 10 minutes. Why do your guys have to sit under that? You who are a decision maker, have you tried working under those horrible lights? If I worked there I would either bring in studies to show you it's a health issue, or I would wear a hat and sunglasses (or I would get fired). Please take care of your guys. They guy who helped me today was a real human, he deserves a decent work environment. Other than that, everything was great. I had a nice parking spot for my truck, I like that. Maybe you should tell people when they rent a 10 footer that there is no ramp. Take it easy and thank you. Please take care of your employees work environment. Go look at those lights. They are punishing. Peace.
