The only reason I picked up at this location was because the previous 2 attempts at picking up near my home were cancelled and I had to drive 45 minutes from my home! This location was great and the woman who helped me was very nice! But uhaul itself needs to get it together!

They close at 1 and schedule pickup at one. There was a couple in front that took time past 1 and the lady was going to close the window without providing assistance and I hen she was told I had a reservation her attitude was poor

Unprofessional staff. Two of the windows on my travel trailer were broken, I would imagine by whoever was mowing around the Rv storage area. The gate hasn’t been working for months so people can go and come as they please.

I couldn't get any assistance from this location. I was told just to leave it, I asked about paperwork and I was told just to leave it and the gentleman went inside. I flagged down a passing vehicle and a gentleman was able assist me in taking the trailer off my truck. I can normally do things by myself, but being a woman, I was not strong enough to lift the trailer off the hitch. I would NOT recommend this location for pick up or drop off.

The staff did not thoroughly explain how to connect the auto transport to the truck, nor did he explain at all how to secure the vehicle to the transport. I was not given any paperwork to mark any damage I saw, but had to depend on his word alone; the damage walk-around took less than a minute.

I got charged on three separate occasions for a total of over 400 dollars when the original rental was only supposed to be around 160. Still waiting to be reimbursed. Otherwise everything went good.

Office was locked. A woman opened a window and took the keys. Complained that we brought the U-Haul into the locked lot but the office was inside the lot. MAJOR bad location!!!!!

The folks were Super Nice and friendly, made sure the equipment I rented was in great condition and hooked everything up appropriately along with being Professional throughout my experience there...I definitely recommend that location for all of their moving needs....They work as a Team!!

This was my second time renting a uhual there and both times the employees where really nice and respectful they helped me and my mother with everything even asked us questions nicely. Very happy with this place highly recommend to anyone in need of a uhual and or a first time renter. They also gave us the option to rent a storage there and explained how much we would pay and the different sizes. I rate this place a 10.Thank you so much for having people like them to help us with our move ..

Manager was rude on phone when I called because I had some questions to ask about rental. Pick up took an hour, asking the same questions I already answered online. I asked her if I could drop the trailer off at another location, she answered yes but did not provide information that I would be charged extra. I only learned that info at the other location. So I drive back to Kingsville and apparently they are closed on Sundays. Manager was sitting outside and ran inside when we pulled up the location. Had to leave trailer outside of gates. I was worried that it would be stolen so I took lots of pictures showing we had dropped trailer of with no damage.

Everything we needed for our storage needs ove many months. The staff and caretakers were truly professional, friendly and a real blessing from the start to finish.

Make vehicles accessible to women. It was a challenge climbing into that truck. Company needs to provide stepping stool. Also, for this same reason provide smaller vehicles I.e. small trucks, vans, vehicles appropriate for a female to be able to get in/get out. Not fair that a 66 old woman with knee problems had to rely on step stool which your company didn’t provide.

This storage facility is the best place I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and helpful staff. Besides being a great storage facility, they are also a U-Haul facility that we are working with for when we move. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a storage unit and/or a U-Haul service.

Some equipment needed oil/rust protection to operate properly, I speak specifically about the left tire strap assembly. It was difficult to tighten due to rust. By the end of the trip the tire was not fastened at all!

The whole bus was very dirty on the outside. The weather was rainy and the windshield wipers didn’t work. We had to purchase new ones.

Took much longer to rent this trailer than I’ve ever had to in the past. The gentleman at the window was cool except he wanted me to wear a mask even though he was inside behind the glass and I was outside the entire time and never mind that his mask was never actually covering his mouth or nose, it was more of a chin cover but he gave me a mask and I kindly put it on so I could continue to fill out the online contract. FINALLY got it all squared away and to the back of the premises we went and he had us back up to the trailer that was completely covered in bird droppings. Not a huge deal but I was going to be using it to transport several sheets of fairly expensive cabinet grade plywood. Again, no biggie, figured I was going to have to sand it anyway but the principal of it being that nasty is what bothered me. The rental was to be a 24hr rental and we were to have it from 11-11 but because I worked early the next day it was up to my wife to drop it off on her way to work. She arrived @ 0850 and was told by an elder female that she wasn’t open yet and my wife would have to wait to drop it off. The business (or office portion) didn’t officially open until 0900 and she went on further to tell my wife that even if she were open that she didn’t hVw anyone to take it in. My wife sat and waited the additional 10min before she was allowed into the gated area and pulled the trailer around to the “trailer area” where the gentleman from the prior day disconnected it for her. My main problem with this whole ordeal is that I have NEVER had an issue with not being allowed to leave rented U-Haul equipment at the designated business or place of return. U-Haul policy says that you can leave equipment at the location 24/7 so long as you complete the return on their website. As a matter of fact, according to their FAQ page, it’s ENCOURAGED, to drop it off early. It’s not a huge deal I understand that but I just think that ALL locations should be held to the same standards and not allowed to make up their own rules, making it more convenient for them instead of the customer. To avoid the hassle for the next time I’ll just drive the 45min to one of the main U-Haul locations to do any future rentals.

Please ensure you are checking tire life. I blew a tire after only driving 20 miles. Roadside assistance was amazing and so fast to help with this issue though.
