The lady that helped me was super nice and the situation was not her fault. The problem seemed to be on U-haul program, it is not user friendly and very confusing. Even the sales rep who she contacted had to manipulated the system in order for the equipment to be rented.

RICKY BThe inside of the truck was really really dirty. There’s a sign that reads sweep floor after use, probably not swept in a long while. I requested 12 pads and only 11 were inside. Also, I have rented from U-Haul before and the pads are neatly packaged in stacks of 6 inside a plastic bag. These were loose and some looked dirty.
