I has issues with the online reservation system and had to repeat and reenter data; thot I entered data accurately according to my truck manual and was challenged even tho from data plates. This is my second rental this month no problems with the facility but major issues with Uhaul website took an hour to complete the rental and both times unable to complete self return even with help from uhaul trying to do a live return. Both times unsuccessful and opted to pay the penalty fee. Big waste of time. Another thing what is the point of taking all the time using the online process just to get asked an other thirty minutes of questions when you pick up the truck?Gustavo G.
I rented the uhaul and returned it, but left a bag of electronic chargers in the vehicle. When I noticed them missing, the uhaul location was closed, but I called back the next day, and was told the vehicle had been rented and not returned to this location, and anything in the vehicle would have been held if it was in view. The item had been placed in the dash, directly below the cupholders, in a black mesh bag, so it was not hidden. I understand that I missed it when I returned the vehicle, but I do not think that the uhaul vehicle was checked completely before being rented out to the next person, or they would have come across the bag. I was given the number to the Ingleside location where the truck was returned by the customer. I did call and was told that they located the bag, but asked the renter if it belonged to him, and the renter took it. They did not offer to call the renter of the vehicle and ask that they return the bag and contents, being that it was not theirs, and at the same time I did not ask for that information due to privacy and safety purposes. Please have a more thorough check of the vehicles. While I understand that it is the customer responsibility for their items, a thorough check of the truck before renting would have yielded the items as well.CYNTHIA V.
We rented a 26' truck and when we went to pick it up it had a blown tire and we were asked to call U-haul and wait for another truck to arrive. We had no time to waste since we were traveling from Kingsville to San Antonio. We were given another truck and it sounded horrible. We were worried it would break down on us.ENRIQUE G.
My only experience here has been two after hours drop-offs of 26 foot trucks. The self process with the android app for an after hours drop off is sort of cumbersome, and the parking here isn't the easiest to figure out. There's typically quite a few trucks here, all parked out front in front of the fence and in the grass, both times it's been unclear where I could park a 26 foot truck after hours that would avoid blocking the gates and such.Chris K.
I only drove about 4 miles and was charged for 102 miles...are the mileage gauges rigged?.they should show us return report before running credit card. That is very sneaky. Now I have to wait to get my money back.....fed up with uhaulHector L.
Truck was stuck in mud when I got there, we the customers had to try and get it out. Checked in at 9am didn't get the truck out until 10:15am. Didn't get the dolly I paid for. Was told â€œsorry we have other customers to tend toâ€ will definitely not be using the services again.Ronald G.

We had to reschedule and reserve another truck because the AC was out on the one we wanted. Also, I was told by a rep from uhaul that they would cancel and reschedule our truck because the systems were down, but they did not. Other than that everything else was fine.
