This was my second time renting a uhual there and both times the employees where really nice and respectful they helped me and my mother with everything even asked us questions nicely. Very happy with this place highly recommend to anyone in need of a uhual and or a first time renter. They also gave us the option to rent a storage there and explained how much we would pay and the different sizes. I rate this place a 10.Thank you so much for having people like them to help us with our move ..

Mary R.Manager was rude on phone when I called because I had some questions to ask about rental. Pick up took an hour, asking the same questions I already answered online. I asked her if I could drop the trailer off at another location, she answered yes but did not provide information that I would be charged extra. I only learned that info at the other location. So I drive back to Kingsville and apparently they are closed on Sundays. Manager was sitting outside and ran inside when we pulled up the location. Had to leave trailer outside of gates. I was worried that it would be stolen so I took lots of pictures showing we had dropped trailer of with no damage.
