Craig OThe U-Haul was not clean , specifically the floor mats were caked with red clay dirt. I took photos of them with the time and date stamp to show it was there as soon as I opened the truck door and not something that I reported after the fact. However , upon mobile checkout , I wasn’t given an option to download the photos or explain. Only one option was asking if the trench was clean and ready for a new user. I clicked no and it automatically charged me assuming I had left it that way. Also , we were headed back to turn it in and I noticed right at 9, it said I was overdue / if it’s tracking me as I have it access to do , it’s obvious we were headed that was as we were only using it two miles away. Bieber the editing of my return time was impossible and said I couldn’t as someone was picking it up at 930pm? That’s odd- without anyone there to clean it ??? It also asked me to take pics of interior and I did but dirt on the floor was not mine . I had this same problem happen five years ago where I reported a dirty truck upon first entering the vehicle and I took photos . I reported to employee on site . Two months later I get a cleaning fee that’s suddenly last due with Kate fees. The next week they threatened to goto collections . It took me a few hours a couple of mknths before it was removed off my account , the calls and letters finally stopped but it shouldn’t take a customer that king to remove a charge from their account when they had dated and timed proof that issues were there prior to them using truck . Unfortunately I’m just waiting for my invoices to be wrongfully changed at any time now.

Caroline WGinger was amazing, we would not have been able to pick up or drop off the van if we had to rely on the app. It kept crashing and also asking for additional contacts for verifications.. the padlock for the key#1 also needs to be replaced, it is incredibly difficult to unlock.

lee fPlease note — this uhaul rental was filthy. 1- inside cabin had dirt and loose dry dead grass all over floor board; it also looks like someone spilled a soda on the middle console that puddled in the cupholders as it was sticky and down the front of the console and on the driver’s door panel. 2- inside the truck bed was trash, empty water bottle and wet, mildewing packing blankets. Smells like blankets are souring. The inside also had water running down the passanger side wall — must have a leak. Overall, it needs a good cleaning as the renter prior to me was not a good steward of your property. We cleaned out the back but it still stinks bc of wet nlankets and inside csbin is sticky. It was very disappointing to receive the truck in this condition. Also I had to drive 18 miles out of my way to pick up this rental; I requested another location but was reassigned to this one on Teasley not by choice.
ALLISON FFrom the online reservation system to the office experience, equipment pickup and return was perfect. It was better than expected. Do not change anything!

Paula GHaving the main office behind a gate is a huge inconvenience. Had it been raining or extremely hot or cold, I would have canceled my reservation and demanded a refund just for the effort. Next time, I'll use a location that is several miles away just to avoid having to deal with the extra steps.

Brent HZero customer service here. The woman at this location made me feel I was bothering her. When I stated I wanted to drop off the truck she was like I don't think I can accept it with an attitude. It was like I was asking her to make me a favor.

Chris TI ordered a dolly and a cart, but it wasn't in the truck. Luckily the storage unit where my belongings were had a dolly that I could use. i even confirmed my truck and dolly the day before.

Matt TTell the main Uhaul office that sent me to this alternative location for a 7am appointment: you can’t get a dolly before they open at 9am, and there is a “night pick up key box” (that is not seen in the dark, no light on it). We weren’t told either of these things. It put our day 2 hours behind.
Christine BI had the worst experience with uhaul this time around. I will never rent another uhaul truck. I plan to leave this location terrible reviews on a daily basis. I booked a 24/7 rental. My truck was not checked in the night before because of a lazy staff. Then it rained and the trucks roof leaked. All my stuff got wet. Unbelievable.
Bryan FIt’s a Small place for parking trucks and notation for truck parking were missing , office is very small too, but the lady came out and helped where to park.
Suresh SThis location is inside a gated storage locker facility. Had I known that upfront I would have used a regular U-Haul location. Ended up having to pay 30-40$ more than i should have been charged and given conflicting info about app use. The app still says in use two days later … but “no sir you can’t use the app at this location” is what i was told.

Juan NI'm 72 years old, not very "techy". I struggled with the phone pick-up process. Take a picture of yourself, upload, picture of front of license, scan the back, have someone verify I'm really me!!!! Not very user friendly for someone who isn't comfortable with technology.
Kermit TThere was no issue with the dealer, however there is a significant problem with U-haul corporate. I have been a long time customer with an account and rented 3-4 trucks yearly to move myself, friends and family. Recently, the cost of a uhaul has significantly increased, sometimes two to three times what it was a year ago. I have had sporadic problems with the last two rentals with getting the equipment where i wanted to and returning it. This move my reservation was changed 4 times before pickup as was my pickup location, changed twice. I was sent 15 miles further to pickup but was given no additional miles to compensate for the 30 mile round trip. Uhaul employees in the call center were short and to the point and were not interested in my concern or distress. It is apparent, Uhaul is only about the money now and we the customers are there to save them money by returning vehicles to places convenient for them, not us and picking up where they decide and if your truck is not available then to bad. Effective with this move i am done with them, tho i am sure they dont care. I will pay more with someone else than put up with Uhaul any longer.!
Linda CFirstly, the lack of parking and space for the uhaul trucks at this location is awful. When we eventually found the small lot that you return the truck to there were no spaces available. We called the store and they said “We don’t have any space, you’ll have to return it to another location.” Why did no one contact me beforehand to tell me there was no space? They had my reservation and knew I was going to be returning the truck to them so someone should’ve contacted me ahead of time. Moving on, they made space for us and then one of the employees asked us to reverse the truck into a ridiculously tight space at an awkward angle with absolutely no room to turn the truck around. We weren’t comfortable with doing so because 1) we don’t have much experience driving bigger trucks and 2) we didn’t want to hit another vehicle and get fined. All in all we had a pretty terrible experience at both locations. Staff weren’t the friendliest and the lack of communication was frustrating to say the least. As someone who has worked in retail for most of my career it takes a lot for me to have anything negative to say and I’m usually understanding, but this was a bad experience at both stores.
Edward HManager was rude and told me I was doing it wrong as I was trying to check in with the truck through the. App on my phone. I have done it many times before and she was very rude telling me that I was doing it wrong and then I had to come into her office and almost made me sound like I was stealing the truck. Then when I returned the truck. The app would not take the pictures of the odometer and the gas. Gauge and allow me to continue which. Caused me to be late to church. Which is unacceptable to me and to God. At that point, the manager was not available for. Any type of. Assistance. And I had to drop the keys in. And. My account. Was charged three times when it only should have been charged once, causing three NSF charges of $35 each. That I cannot afford. I am severely disappointed with U-Haul and would like a refund for. My time. As it was a complete waste and a complete disaster. The truck broke down and I was two seconds from calling in your. AAA or whatever service you use, but that probably wouldn't have gone very well either. So I called my. Cousin who is an auto mechanic and. He was able to get it going, but. If I don't see any type of. Change or. Resolution. I will be seeking legal action. I am so glad that y'all allowed me to send a review because I was wondering how I was going to relay this message if I need to. I will talk to the President of the company. And get all you fired. I live on a fixed income. and this might be OK with a lot of people because they have a lot of money but this severely has disrupted my way of living and now can't pay bills.

CHARLES GI used the mobile app to pick up and return the truck. it took 45 minutes to pick up the truck and 30 minutes to check it in at drop off. This took extra time that I did not have, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
Kim MI got a courtesy call from the location when I was running late with my return - I really appreciate that they looked out and checked in with me! Overall drop off was quite easy, location was easy to find and parking the truck wasn't a problem at all!

Evan SIt is not what I would consider a PRIMARY U-haul facility, and as such has limited inventory of available equipment. Therefore, it may not be a "first choice" for someone wanting to rent equipment.
