Too tight with your mileage and will have a hard time recommending if changes are not made. There should be a 5-10 % grace on mileage due to construction and or detours. I had neither and still went over in mileage using google maps.

Arrived at Teasley location per Unaul email instructions to find my equipment was not there. Chad (the Asst Mngr) was rude and condescending because according to him, I must have missed something. The only address U-Haul sent me was, according to Chad and his attitude, my “preferred pick up location. That doesn’t mean that’s where you’ll pick it up”. (Duh) Went to 3rd party location to pick up equipment and the call box was covered in ants. Although, the service there was much more warm and welcoming. The lady at that location comforted me by sharing that she doesn’t like to deal with Chad because in her experience, that’s how he treats her, as well. So, U-Haul, corporate and third party locations should communicate better and Chad would do well to remember moving is a stressful time and learn to wear his authority more humbly. Then, my husband dropped the equipment off at the drop off location (again, per email instructions from U-Haul) the night before it was due and we got a text three weeks later stating we had to call U-Haul because our equipment had alledgedly never been dropped off. So, U-Haul first sent me to the wrong location, made me feel like an inferior idiot AND to top it all off, the drop off location never checked in my equipment. So, in short-everything. Changed everything. We’ll use Penske in the future.

I just don’t like that you charge so much for mileage turns a $19.95 simple rental into $55 with barely driving anywhere.

My truck did not come with the 24 moving pads that I requested. Which was okay , we ended up not needing them. But I was charged for them in the final bill , and I never received them in the first place. I tried a couple times to contact uhaul about this and I have gotten no answer or help.

My pick up location closes at 4:30, that made it a bit difficult to coordinate after a full day at work. However, the lovely lady that assisted me stuck around and waited for me to show up. Really appreciated the customer service!

Made a reservation at one location in person not on line do I would know where the lication was. . No one said the pick up would be at a different location. He actually said, "See you Saturday!" I made the reservation for 8:00 am and the different location where I was assigned didn't even open until 9:00!! Pick up/drop off locations were fine. Your internal/ computer systems are terrible. Would not recommend U-Haul corporate and will not use again. This is not because of the local service. Both were very professional and offered great customer service.

the floor board of the rental had all types of debris - paper, tape, cardboard. My guess is no one cleaned it out (swept it out). I was also charged for 1 - 2 gallons of gas which I wish I had the time to dispute but quite honestly I don't have the time. I did sign acknowledging so I can't hold you responsible but when I was pulling out it looked closer to a half tank.
