1) Even after uploading my Driver's License Front/Back photos - the site was unable to see them and had to take pics themselves. This happens almost every time 2) The drop-off location had changed after I made my reservation, which happens to be quite a way further from me. I called the pick-up location and they confirmed I could return it there and they worked to get the drop-off location back to the pick-up location - Great Service on their part! 3) I was standing in the rain to take photos of the trailer, Drivers Side, Rear Door, Cargo area, Front, and somewhere in the process it jumped to having been completed before I could finish taking the pics. I thought it was me, so I went to retake the photos and got down some u-haul rabbit hole until I saw that the rental was completed. I didn't know if it was successful or NOT - I assumed which is never 100% accurate for me.

Christopher LThe lady at the location was nice, but I wouldn't recommend UHaul to anyone, ever. I've used UHaul many times - Every time we moved to a new home. We've NEVER paid as much as we paid for this one simple, one-day, return to the same location trip. How can you advertise a $19.99 truck and then that individual ends up paying over $190 for a one day, one city rental. You guys are horrible. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves charging per mile. We even completely filled up the gas tank when we returned the truck. Never again.

James DI've rented from this location twice and would use them again if need be. I'd also recommend them to anyone looking. The vehicles the I've rented are always clean and well maintained. Additionally, the lady that I've dealt with both times is a sweetheart! She was still professional but extremely kind and personable. She goes above and beyond to help.
