This location is managed by incompetent people who cannot organize their equipment and vehicles within their own space. I dropped my rental trailer off in the only space available that was not blocking traffic or anything else, and I was asked by one of the employees to physically get into and move several moving vans that I did not even rent to make space for the trailer I was dropping off as if I was an employee, or was responsible for organizing their entire U-Haul fleet. Very unprofessional on their part and should not be representing U-Haul.

Patricia MTruck wasn’t as clean as it should be for a rental but overall not to bad. Server was down when I retired the truck so I wasn’t able to get my deposit back till the next day which was a little aggravating but wasn’t uhauls fault. It is what it is. But I can always rely on uhaul for great service.

I have used u haul my whole life and never had awful service Also they never once l9oked at the outside of truck b4 or after renting it..... but it was also to dirty to tell for the most part... I would not recommend this l9cation to any one,,

Chamara HWe rented the cargo van and it is very cold in Calgary within 5 minutes of driving the van it barely had any heat we called the gas station where we rented it from and he told us he received no complaints from other renters about the heat. We returned the vehicle early and again told him we froze really bad and instead of apologizing he went and checked the antifreeze and said nope nothing is wrong with the truck it’s just us. I really didn’t want to even deal with him anymore and left. O would advise that he must have better customer service skills and we paid a lot of money to not freeze
Kandora TI rented a big van. It was for moving. The van was clean. It had lots of space. My things fit inside. The van drove well. It had ropes to tie things down. I liked the van. The company was helpful. I was happy with the van.

Amireh SThis location doesn't allow you to rent for at least 1 whole day coz they are only allowing each person 6 hours and if you exceeded your time even though you are willing to pay for the extra hours (for $50) and they will still scold you coz they received so much scolding from the people they booked in the same day. Also, that time they don't have a printer to print the information you need and they are just letting you to take a picture to your phone.
Romeo JSecond rental at this location both times they jacked up the cost first time they tried to charge me $50 to clean truck and today would not accept their own paper work for fuel level made me put ten more dollars gas in even though it left with 1/4 tank and returned with same amount they have lost me and anyone associated to me as customers just thieves who make up extra charges to get more money from customers
Bradley RPicked up a truck at 7am, and a non-uhaul brand dolly. I was billed a $50 deposit for the dolly, which wasn't disclosed during my online booking. I tried to do a mobile pick up but the webpage wasn't working so I had to check in within the gas station. When given the dolly, the cashier spun it around quickly to show it to me then passed it to me. When I loaded the dolly, I didn't use the handle, just lifted it by one of the bars on the body, and lifted it by the body into the back of the truck, placed so it wouldn't roll around. Drove ten mins to my house. Within a half hour I was ready to start loading, and went to get the dolly. As I brought it in, I used the handle to wheel it up my step. The handle was curved at a 90 degree angle and the bottom of the curve was obscured by the handle. As I lifted it (with no load), the handle rotated upwards. I figured it was some feature of the dolly and went to adjust it, upon which I discovered the bottom of the handle along the curve was cracked and separating. As I went to set it down, one side completely separated from the body. I called the cashier and he offered a flat dolly on four wheels. I returned the dolly within an hour of having picked up the truck (before 8am). I hadn't even moved anything with it, had nothing in the truck. I was billed $40 for a dolly I didn't even have the chance to use, and that was obviously not properly inspected upon return. I also rented a dolly with the assumption that it would be the robust uhaul dolly advertised on the website, not a flimsy aluminum, offbrand dolly. I was also under the impression that I would be billed the $7 rental fee for said dolly, as I agreed to online, not a $50 deposit and then billed $40 for the business' lack of thoroughly checking their equipment on return. The substitute flat 4 wheel dolly was impossible to steer when loaded, so it prolonged our move by not having a full dolly, and was a waste of time to even take the substitute. Avoid renting here and just rent from an official uhaul branch so you get proper equipment.

It is not updated i booked 3 times online but when i came to the store they did not get my name on their system and when i called the customer services to help me find a truck he send me a new location but when i get there the store said that they have no available truck. So for me i am not recommending booking online

Prince GThe truck ( 1/2 ton pickup truck) was filthy.. the windshield was full of dead bugs and rock chips and was not cleaned.. even after I had to wash the truck the view out of the rock chipped windshield it was annoying and limiting .. it needs to be replaced.. the inside of the truck was also very dirty... Looks like it has not been cleaned in years... there was someone's pillows that was left in behind the seats from a previous user, that they still did not remove. Weird...also there was no windshield washer fluid in the truck so when you used the wipers you got a nice dry streak to also blind your view more...nice. Am not sure why U-Haul would rent a disgusting unit to someone..
