Friendly, fast service
Allison KThe attendants constantly take other customers while dealing with you, I was the next customer and they continued to take other customers instead of helping me next. they are unaware of other credit card options and always give me a hassle when I explain there is 2 different cards with the Neo bank. There is one attendant that doesn't explain the process clearly either about the deposit, I also put in extra fuel and was told I didn't fuel enough.
Ashlee-Raye GWhen booking a reservation on the phone I provided my pre paid master card and the reservation was booked, however upon picking up the track I was told I have to have another credit card which caused me a big delay because I didn't have another credit card. I had to go pick up my friend so I can use his credit. I was happy a lot because I when making reservation I was not told anything.
Steve NKeys were supposed to be left in a drop.bix but weren't, this lead to me loosing valuable time with my elevator rental.at my new condo, instead of having 4 hours with the elevator which cost me 400 dollars I had 1 hr due to the location not leaving the keys and me having to wait for them to open. Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with uhaul. I wasn't even able to move all my belongings as a result of there mistakes. This rental should be fully refunded as I lost multiple hours and have to again book another truck and rent the elevator again to finish my move .

Mustafa AVehicle was given with a very large stone chip/crack right in the drivers view. Wouldn’t be a big deal for a single day rental, but for a cross province trip with 12 hours of driving it was not good. Staff were super friendly and helpful, just disappointed in the chip not even being filled.
Brian BConvenient since I live in the neighbourhood. Personnel were friendly and fast. Not as well stocked as a full Uhaul location, but all I needed was blankets and boxes which they had. So I will definitely use this location again. The movers were exceptional - Dan and Far were fast and efficient and careful.

Gwyn HClerk wanted me to wait 30 minutes to give me my rental due to a busy store. He was working by himself and could not leave his customers inside while handing me the rental. I waited the 30 minutes he asked for and after that I approached him to get the rental. He delayed me again and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. It took too long and was rude as I am also a customer. Will never use this location again. I do not recommend
Ibrahim OThey were scammers , intentionally told us to fill the tank fully while the tank was not full when it was given to us , and didn't even tell us like we have to tell them like we're feeling the tank whenever we come back with the truck and you feel the truck worth of $20 of gas but later on we only used gas worth of $5 and the intentionally did that because they want it us to fill it more and didn't tell us. I believe this is a scam they do with everybody and this is a really bad thing they're scamming people and I would never suggest this place to a different friend and I will never choose this location again.

Jiwan KAlthough the staff was pretty friendly, it was slow picking up my truck as the staff member that was checking me on had issues with her laptop so it took close to 10 minutes before she was able to check me in. As I was driving the check engine light went off and a warning that the traction control needed to be repaired. I still used the truck for my duration and l luckily there weee no issues. When I dropped off the vehicle I told the person at the location that checked me out about the check engine issue and he said he knew about it. That shocked me that he knew about it and it never was addressed. I most likely won’t be going to this location again.
Ricky DSpeak better to the customers and dont lie about pricing. 60$ for an hour basically(used 6 dollars of gas) and it took 40 minutes just to get the keys, Last time i came which was 2 weeks ago with a white friend it took only 5 minutes to get the keys . Prejuidice might be a factor as they didnt ask for his id(white male) yet asked for mine and my sisters even though she wasnt driving at all. To different policies in the span of 2 weeks ....

Safety AYou can be way more organized. It was chaotic. Gave the same U-Haul to another person and I so fixing that delayed like 30 minutes. I had to call and say that it was going to be returned later since my time was shortened, cost much more than anticipated, and it was just an overall bad experience. Will not use U-Haul again.

Rana AThe provider was not experienced they don't know how to deal with the customer. I left the vehicle at same fuel level even then i showed and confirmed from them and asking for the fuel receipt and gauge was at same location where i picked up the truck. I showed them the picture even then they are arguing with me worst service ever i got
. RThis location is managed by incompetent people who cannot organize their equipment and vehicles within their own space. I dropped my rental trailer off in the only space available that was not blocking traffic or anything else, and I was asked by one of the employees to physically get into and move several moving vans that I did not even rent to make space for the trailer I was dropping off as if I was an employee, or was responsible for organizing their entire U-Haul fleet. Very unprofessional on their part and should not be representing U-Haul.

Patricia MTruck wasn’t as clean as it should be for a rental but overall not to bad. Server was down when I retired the truck so I wasn’t able to get my deposit back till the next day which was a little aggravating but wasn’t uhauls fault. It is what it is. But I can always rely on uhaul for great service.

Simranjeet KWhen a customer is putting all the required documents and his information in the app and when you turn up to pick up the truck and asked for the same information and waiting I asked the guy then what's the use of app if everything is being done at the pick up location. I was shockingly surprised by his response that you can call the customer service. Please shut down your app and put up a poster to connect on telephone for any services Thanks

Alberto LTruck was filthy inside and out, Cost was ridiculous for a pick up Also the fuel gauge was a hair under when I returned it , I had to add a dollar forty 1.40 as they wanted to charge me I was absolutely shocked ... I have used u haul my whole life and never had awful service Also they never once l9oked at the outside of truck b4 or after renting it..... but it was also to dirty to tell for the most part... I would not recommend this l9cation to any one,,

Chamara HWe rented the cargo van and it is very cold in Calgary within 5 minutes of driving the van it barely had any heat we called the gas station where we rented it from and he told us he received no complaints from other renters about the heat. We returned the vehicle early and again told him we froze really bad and instead of apologizing he went and checked the antifreeze and said nope nothing is wrong with the truck it’s just us. I really didn’t want to even deal with him anymore and left. O would advise that he must have better customer service skills and we paid a lot of money to not freeze
Kandora TI rented a big van. It was for moving. The van was clean. It had lots of space. My things fit inside. The van drove well. It had ropes to tie things down. I liked the van. The company was helpful. I was happy with the van.

Daniel SVehicle was new but somehow still sticky. Location was in the middle of nowhere, and not the location I selected. Unacceptable for uhaul to require me to use a different location without my input, especially when I'm paying mileage. Rep I dropped off with didn't know how to take my payment.
