I understand that the individual who is renting me the U-Haul had to make an incident report, but it took him way too long to prepare the report. My contract ended at 2 PM before which I had returned the vehicle, but I still got a call from an individual asking me to return the U-Haul. I don’t understand that there was an incident report to be done for the damage that incurred during my renting the U-Haul but unfortunately, the time it took for the poor Tuddu the report was way more than since I returned the U-Haul my return experience for not at all good I was asked to wait for so long cause the individual was taking care of other customers. Eventually, I had to ask him to let me go if he was not done.

Good location and friendly staff. However, the truck was not well maintained, and the interior was dirty.
Michael BWhen i returned the truck, i had refilled the gas tank to the same level as when i picked up the truck, but the agent lied and wrongly accused me didn’t fill it up and charged me 20$ more. This was a ripoff.

Hai vI was 10 mins early before my 11am booking to pick up the uhaul and had to wait 2 hours for it to be returned because this location gave the person before me a time to pick it up before the store was even open making picking up the uhaul extremely stressful. This store also doesnt have the staffing to be managing both the store and uhaul pickups and drop offs as it was one person working the store at a time and while both picking up and dropping off the uhaul the person working would stop doing what needed to be done to deal with other customers making it that more stressful.
