Returned a day early and got charged for an extra day. I asked the location 3 times to process my return and they did not. Had to call main U-Haul to get it sorted out

I did not use your service - although I received emails suggesting I did. It had all the contact information that I have provided from a previous rental. It is quite disconcerting to discover someone else was using my account, somehow, to rent from you. I am extremely thankful that you didn't have my payment information on file so that this can be considered improper use of my personal information - rather than fraud or theft. I'm still waiting for some sort of contact from Kevin Tran - the area manager - to better understand how this happened.
