How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a truck but he called me when I was driving and told me that I was late to return the truck and I have to pay 50$ fine for being late to return. I had taken the truck at 9:30 am and returned it at 2 pm. Just less than 5 hours. I told him that I could keep for 24 hours as U-Haul rule,. He said he missed his another customer for being late. He didn't charge after I asked for receipt of everything. He told me I drove 49 miles but I had drove only 36 miles. Luckily, I had taken the picture record and finally he apologied after looking the proof. Very unpleasant experience. I never knew before that hiring U-haul is also different according to the location. I had tak
deepak oCustomer service was great, but the truck was concerning. The brakes were worn to the point where they were shaking the truck. Pads and rotors must be changed ASAP. And halfway through the check engine light came on....
