Staff were very friendly and it was easy to check in and check out. The cargo van was not clean - I had to sweep out the cargo area due to sand / rocks left behind from the last rental. I used a tarp to transport my wedding decorations so not an issue. The rental itself worked very well and I would recommend to others.
