When picking up the staff couldnt answer questions about what was coming up on the screen for uhaul. When she said to sign, I asked what I was signing, she said that I paid. I was like that doesnt make sense. She said its the final stage. I asked am I signing a contract, it took asking multiple times and being told I was rude to get confirmation that yes it was the contract. She should not be doing contracts as that felt like I was being scammed. Returning staff was fine.
