I was 10 mins early before my 11am booking to pick up the uhaul and had to wait 2 hours for it to be returned because this location gave the person before me a time to pick it up before the store was even open making picking up the uhaul extremely stressful. This store also doesnt have the staffing to be managing both the store and uhaul pickups and drop offs as it was one person working the store at a time and while both picking up and dropping off the uhaul the person working would stop doing what needed to be done to deal with other customers making it that more stressful.

The fas was not full makes difficult to match the level of gas
Mohammad LI frequently rent from U-Haul for professional purposes, but this recent experience was incredibly frustrating due to a complete breakdown in communication between phone support and the physical rental location. The execution of this rental was unacceptable for several reasons: 1) Phone support explicitly confirmed my secondary driver could pick up the truck with my credit card on file. The physical location completely ignored this and refused to release the vehicle, delaying our entire move and almost caused us to miss our pick up window. 2) Our pickup location was changed at the last minute. The new location attendant disregarded our pre-confirmed details, threatened to cancel our reservation if we could not be there in 2 hours (we were driving 3 hours to get there from Edmonton which is why I confirmed my secondary driver could pick up the truck) and made us to redo all the paperwork upon arrival despite doing it online and confirming over the phone. 3) Because of the pick-up delays, we specifically requested an after-hours key drop location. We were assured the assigned location had one, but it did not. It was closed well before our scheduled 11:30 PM drop-off time, forcing a next-day return. 4) The truck's cargo area was unwashed and transferred residue onto our belongings - we were too tired and frustrated to document this but I am noting this now. Additionally, the promised military discount was completely left off the final bill despite providing ID on the account and at pick up.
