The original reservation for the truck was for 200 Beltline Hwy and it was moved 3 days before pick up with no notice. They had my reservation for 3 weeks and the U Haul center didn't have any trucks. We lost an hour because of the inconvenience. Very disappointed in U Haul no Terrans. The only thing I was offered for the inconvenience was 30 extra miles which we didn't need. Compensation that would have helped would have been a free day truck rental.
