Make sure trucks not on empty when the renter pick up truck and that the limit of $25.00 is the maximum allowed so the renters don't put more than $25.00 gas in truckPAULINE B.

I did not appreciate that the van was on EMPTY in the middle of a gas shortage. I'm exhausted from the search for gas last night and early this morning and I had extra miles added to my bill due to the search. I had no clue what it would cost for gas for the van so I filled the tank (in error because I would have preferred to return it the way it was given) and gave the next renter a break. The place was nasty the grounds were damaged the trailer the break lights and blinkers worked but no park lights I'm so glad I came back before dark I told the guy he said oh as long as the blinkers and break lights work we gd I just nodded my head but it's done I just hope they fix there place up oh and get some heat in buildingCalvin J.
I called the original location before I made a reservation to make sure they had my equipment in stock they verified they did, then an agent called me and told me otherwise and switched my reservation. I believe either better communication or accurate stock information would help with that type of communicationKhai S.
The place was a complete dump! there was not adequate space to pull in. the clerk that was there was very nice and opened the place on time. but they need to tidy the place up! the truck was ok. there was some trash left in the bin area of the cab , but not bad. Dolly's weren't on the truck that I had reserved, was told by customer service that I would be refunded my money back and that I would not have to pay extra if I went and got a dolly from another location which was not noted so when its was time for me to call with my concern it wasn't showing the agreement. I had to drive to different locations which I didn't get reimbursed for the milage either and had to pay for the dollies anyway it took an 1hr 1/2 of my time to get my items so that I could go move. If this is the way Uhaul 3rd parties are going to do business then I want no part of it, and for uhaul not to acknowledge the fact that i had to go to 2 different locations to pick up some equipment that I order and Reserve is B.S. I would not be doing business thru their 24/7 portal again and advise anyone else to just go to the uhaul in person to make sure their order are correct and in order. I spent to much money for things not to be right we already live in a stressful time so why aren't people being considerate of others.Brandon E.

I originally had a reservation at another location but received an email of last minute location change and this was the new location. The guy who helped me with my reservation was completely incompetent! I'd be rude if I called him an idiot but if the shoe fits... ?? He knew nothing about the correct details of my reservation. I actually had to tell HIM. The entire experience was a disaster. I'll never rent from this bootleg location again!Ebony B.
