Too much of the mobile check in process accord after I arrived. I was asked to upload my Driver's License ahead of time only to have to do it again when picking up the truck. Several questions asked during the pickup process should have been front loaded not after you are at the place and going through the pick up process.

Had purchased trailer starter kit online only to find out location doesn't carry them. Only had half the blankets I ordered online. Trailer dirty and generally poor condition.

I was handed a receipt and they pointed to where the trailer was and that was it. Nobody reviewed any safety protocols or anything. I hooked the trailer up myself which was parked on a hill with pieces of wood in front of the tires.

I was really disappointed to learn that the mileage rate for Friday and Saturday was $.30 a mile more than it is for the other days of the week. I could've easily done my move today instead of yesterday. Consequently, I ended up paying more than 25 more dollars for my rental.

The truck was in rough shape. There was a fuel leak from the tank and the power steering is very noisy. The passenger window handle is missing and the lights in the cargo area do not work.

Had to drive across town to drop off. Was told I could drop off anywhere in Springfield, but App would only let me drop at one location (which happened to be all the way across town).

The truck that I rented needs some maintenance. The front end had a problem and the whole truck shook while driving it. The passenger window was open and it was missing the knob to allow me to put the window up. It had rained the night before and it was wet inside the truck.

UHaul rental is clearly second to them. Took forever to get thru the rental process and get my truck. She repeatedly stopped to handle her gas station customers. This long delay on top of UHaul not have the truck at my reserved location, took a lot of my time which I did not have to give, not to mention that I was forced to find a ride to take me 30 minutes south of downtown to pick up the truck. This has never happened with Budget. Will stick with them in the future.

We couldn't remember the key code for the key box to put the key back in. Online instructions were not clear what to do if that happened. Luckily, the gas station was open and the clerk inside helped us.

Actually, this location is FANTASTIC. It's super clean, smells great when you enter the station and the customer service there is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! This will be my NUMBER 1 place to rent another truck in the future. Not to mention prices at that location and their excellent customer service will definitely keep me coming back.

The check engine light was one. The truck was clean. The gas cap light was constantly one - even after I took the cap off and put it back on. The brakes felt a little "mushy" - like they needed to be redone.

booked a travel to be picked up at baumgartner location; however, booked for pick up at another location? had my wife not see this on an e mail i would have gone to a wrong location. what's up with that? also on return of trailer had trouble disconnecting it, the employee working at the time was very friendly and tried to be helpful but was not trained at all with how trailers work. if he is going to be the only one their perhaps he should be trained. He did not to be very helpful but the problem was this task was not part of his job description.

Equipment was not clean like the one on Baumgartner Rd location I have used last few times. If was not clean of dirt doubt very seriously any of interior was sanitized so to keep from myself or others contracting any types of viruses. Would have to think long and hard and be last resort to use this location again. I actually sanitized everything myself.

My experience with this Uhual went well, but it took an hour before they sent me here. My original location was at a church in STL, and we waited an hour there before they sent us to another location which pushed our moving process back an entire hour. I was not given an email to rate my experience there, so I thought it be best to slip it in here.

My reservation had been booked for a month and then the last day it was cancelled. I just had to create a new one. I also booked my reservation to be July 3rd thru the 5th and during the initial reservation I was not informed I would be charged an extra day? So of course, when I turned the uhaul in it charged me an additional $40 "extra day" charge. Mileage was also kept within the allowed limit.

Your App is completely WORTHLESS! It's like beating your head against a brick wall to make it work! What should take 90 seconds to reserve a trailer, literally too 10 minutes! The app needs a complete redo for usability!

No actual uhaul person was there and the clerk of the gas station did her best to help. Mostly did by phone with the uhaul person. Not this locations fault but I did have a reservation at a different location but no employee was there. I had to call uhaul and was redirected to this one. I think the other uhaul location should be held accountable. 11940 Tesson Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128. The operator on the phone did an excellent job helping me find a place that would have a truck available that was near by.

This was not my first return location but my second as the first drop off location refused to accept the trailer. I had to drop off in an unknown area and got little help. I parked it where they ask , I unhooked the trailer showed them the blankets and left.

The guy who gave us keys was rude. He said they close at 10 and really they closed at 11 so we couldn't finish our move. He sent me a receipt for one price and the. Charged my card another. I would never go back and will tell people to steer clear. Will be contacting corporate to fix charges.

Not much really but the 2020 Chevrolet uhaul pickup is nowhere close to the 2020 ford I rented from different location recently was a better truck in about every way possible. More comfortable tons more power and the payload the Ford can handle is on a much higher class compared to the chevy

Good experience. I would recommend having more than one person trained to complete U-Haul transactions. I had to wait a few minutes at pickup time because no one knew how to use check-in. Remove requirement to have drivers license scanned. Too much info to have ID scanned & on internet.
