Ross SHere we have another example of folks that can’t speak or understand English very well. I was not afforded the opportunity to check the truck prior to them checking me in completely and not recording damage. This is completely unacceptable. I will probably never use UHaul again.
JASON DTires were old and I had a tire come apart on the highway which damaged the trailer.
Ron WYes, this business is a gas station first, but its location is convenient and accessible for any time of rental equipment. I used the U-Haul app for my pick-up and drop-off, but the times I did engage with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. If you’re in need of a rental and they have it available, I would recommend renting from here.
