The jack on the front of the auto transport needs to be checked. Bearings are out on the jack so was really hard to crank down. Also the chains front and back need attention.james H.
I ordered a dolly, it was not in the truck. the lady at the store had to call someone to make sure a truck was rented. I could have taken a copy of documents or confirmedvID prior to being there and having to call family members last minute. it was just an ok experience this time.Jennifer P.

Location services for verifying location did not work, nor was there a barcode on the key box as promised. Had to go inside the location for both pick up and drop off, which is fine, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but it was very frustrating that the mobile pickup was faulty and did not work.Justin A.

Have some knowledge, any clue about your procedure. I should have gone to a full service uhaul dealer not a gas station that rents uhaul on the side but that was the one uhaul recommended I go to. Very disappointed, I have rented many times and this was not my usual experience with uhaul.John H.

The truck was clean but there was something wrong with the transmission. It seemed too be geared way too low. Whenever, I applied the brake, the transmission seemed to drop more than one gear.William Z.

This was not originally my pickup location according to the website, but when I arrived at Simko BP (the location the website told me) they said they didn't have anything under my name there. I got it situated, but once I went to the other U-Haul, the worker there served another person that walked in before me who supposedly had a reservation for the same truck. It turns out they didn' have a reservation, but it seems they were almost going to rent the truck I scheduled to rent about a month ago to someone who just showed up.Vince L.

I reserved my one way truck rental 4 months in advance but no truck was available. Uhaul expected me to go 50 miles away to get a truck. I had to rent a much larger truck that cost me few hundred dollars more in fuel cost. Whats the point of a reservation if uhaul does not honor it. I was also charged over $1,000 dollars for a ubox that I did not request. After being on hold for over 30 minutes and on the phone over an hour uhaul admitted they dont know why it happened, there was no contract for the ubox just a charge to my credit card.but yet they did not refund my money...looks like uhaul is going to steal over $1,000 from me. I will never ever use uhaul again.Andrew S.
I feel a little disappointed that i have to drive 15 miles to get truck and 15 miles extra to return costing me extra $25. If i would of been able to return closer to my house would of saved me money.Dale G.

The inside of the truck was not clean in the cab or the back. They could have taken a blower and blown out all the dirt and debris in that back of the truck. The cab of the truck could have been wiped down to get rid of the sticky soda stuff, etc. Other than that, the person I talked with was very nice and responsive. I would rent from him again.TINA K.

We rented a 5'x8' trailer to go to Gulf Shores for the week. When we picked it up, there was no walk around to check current condition. There were several holes in the trailer that my husband was able to patch with duct tape thankfully. I'm addition, the lights didn't work on the trailer. The only thing that worked on it is the left hand turn signal. Needless to say, we didn't feel very safe as we traveled through the night. We thought about getting a different one at our destination but it is in the contract that we would've been stuck with some pretty steep penalty charges if we did that. All I ask is that when equipment is being rented, make sure it's in workable, not necessarily perfect, condition.amanda A.

My reservation was moved after I created the online reservation- apparently the 1st location went out of business my reservation was from 9am-5pm since they didn't open until 9. When it was moved to this location no one informed me my reservation was changed to 8am to 4pm so needless to say when I arrived to pick up at 9am and seas told I had to have truck back at 4:30 due to another party had it rented- very poor communication and very thick accent hard to understand.ARLENE M.

I had a reservation at Valley Park MO and they called the day before saying they did not have the size trailer I reserved to I had to go to Tesson Ferry which was well out of they way. You can improve by having the equipment reserved at the location specified.Gerald H.

Automatic Brakes needs to be adjusted on the light side. Driving on bumpy roads/highways was a scary experience. Just glad I didn't hit any patches of Ice. I don't think I'll use a trailer with that system ever again. I've towed many times and hands down this was the worst trailer to manage.DANIEL K.

To top off all the issues I had with getting a truck I reserved 2 weeks before my move date dropping the truck off was just as bad. After driving around a town im unfamiliar with and going to the nearest drop off location to find a gated entry with no access or room to drop off the 20' truck and tow dolly i had rented. Upon navigating to my second location and going inside the lady told me that she did not have room at her location and that I would have to take the 20' truck and tow dolly to another location. Great now im back driving around another town im unfamiliar with trying to find a 3rd drop off location to get rid of this truck. Finally able to drop the truck off at the 3rd location. Overall horrible experience even getting the truck overall horrible experience dropping it off.jesse G.
