The overall experience was fine - the truck was immaculate with low mileage and the location was super convenient to where we live in Olive. However, I have some pointers for future customers: I would recommend arriving early, the check-in process took us about 30 minutes because you have to do a mobile check-in inside the store to use the wifi, (upload your drivers license, information, etc before you start the process to pick up the keys) and walk back and forth to the truck location to upload photos of the truck during the check-in process. As soon as you can get the keys in the check-in process, I would recommend moving the truck into the store parking lot so that you can take the photos and upload them in the wifi without too much walking. ALSO - the key locations are by the gas pumps, on the corner of the store building - for anyone who is not familiar with this location.

Tim TAt this location you can only pick up with a phone. The problem is that there is no service there, so you can't sign in. You have to use their wireless connection which is unstable and you can't take pictures of the truck as the wireless connection doesn't reach there. Also, I wanted a dolly which would have made my transport much easier, but they didn't have any.
