The U_Haul website, allegedly to be used to fill in rent info before you go to the U-Haul location did not work for the second time in a row that I have used it.

P/u was suppose to be in Inverness,sat for almost an hour waiting for someone to show up,,never did,,,after a few phone calls find out they weren't going to show everyone but myself knew that ,,,not notified,,,,so now if I want a trailer have to drive 20 more miles to homosassa to get it then 25 miles back to my house and again after I get back,,,,not good

Pickup experience went smoothly. Roger was helpful and expeditious. The trailer had a bad lights/signal cable that he immediately replaced. I was on my way in minutes. Trailer performed as well as expected. Only nitpick is that these particular trailers produce a rough ride for the motorcycles, placing enormous stress on tie-down straps -- including the heavy-duty ratcheting type. Return experience was unfortunately problematic. The store did not open at the advertised time, causing myself and several others to be inconvenienced for as much as an additional hour. We ultimately returned our equipment without proper inspection and receipts. Followup call had proprietor profusely apologizing for the mishap and alleviating any return anxieties. An email was generated shortly after as proof of receipt without issue. Unfortunate, but handled properly, so no prejudice. This is my second time using this location and first issue. I would use them again since the issue was properly handled.
